Elevated Grounds — Restaurant in Shawnee

NEVER GO HERE!!! Super rude girl working on 8/4/2022 at 8:20am. Comes on the speaker just fine and says "Pull forwad to WINDOW!!" Very rudely. I respond by saying "Well there's someone there currently". She then sticks her head out the window gives me a dirty look. No polite way of saying please pull to the window for me to assist you or anything along those lines. When calling in to ask to speak to a manager or owner she replied NO!! THEY DONT COME IN DURING THE WEEK THEY ARE ONLY HERE ON WEEKENDS!!! She was very rude and had an attitude when speaking to me. She answered the phone by saying Hello never once did she sat hello thank you for calling elevated grounds or anything. I get it's the morning but there no need to be rude to a customer who was in love with this little cute coffee shop but after today they will never get my business or will I be back and I'll make sure everyone I know is aware of how rude the employees are here and how they refuse to get management or an owner for you to provide complaints to. What a lack of customer service....especially since it's your job even working in a coffee shop. You should want to be nice to customers to keep them...

The first couple of times my family and I came here it was great. The third time on, they have told us that they are out of tapioca and it’ll be a 30 minute wait. My husband and I decided to go right when they opened at 7:30 (showed up at 7:50) and same issue, there’s a wait for the tapioca. We thought that they would be ready as soon as they opened. Donut shops don’t wait to make their donuts when they open, why would you wait till you’re open to make tapioca? Just stopped in. Only customers in the coffee shop. Stood there over 5 minutes, saw an employee come out who did not acknowledge our existence. She went back to the back. Waited another 2-3 minutes and the drive thru bell went off. Another employee came out and IMMEDIATELY helped them. Guess I should have been in the drive thru to have coffee. We left. So damn rude.
