First let me thank you for the Teacher gift card! The salespeople at this location are not very professional or knowledgeable. My daughter and I both had a gift card, we went to see what we might afford. The sales lady was nice and somewhat patient with us, but I could tell she wasn’t really too concerned with us, because we told her upfront we were looking for the least expensive items. We both purchased something and were given no information about the jewelry (only the return policy) or warranty info and when questioned about both, she didn’t know the answers. Didn’t know what my necklace and my daughter’s bracelet were made of and could only assume it was safe to get it wet and sidestepped the warranty question. Later that day the clasp on my necklace broke and I had to drive 30 miles back to have it repaired and was treated with the same attitude as before. There was no apology or concerns that a necklace I had owned for only 3 hours broke. I asked to have an additional chain extension and was charged $15 after already spending more than $200 AND having to go back. I usually go to a different jeweler and I am always treated as well as someone spending 10 times what I can. I might go to one of your other locations and give them a try, but I will not return to the Shawnee...

Staff is Great and very helpful, but the coupons the company sends are useless .😕 with all the different jewelry stores and options that are available I would suggest using anywhere else. Same jewelry at cheaper prices without using any coupons at many other locations. Look out for the so called price protection with this Company. It amazes me how much this company spends on advertisements and coupons to get people in the door just to be told they won't work. Me personally just bought a watch ,nothing to fancy for a graduation gift but guess what ,Even though it fell into the allowed price range the coupon doesn't cover watches. They need to go ahead and send what they don't cover along with the coupons they send out. Husband bought me a ring for my birthday and unfortunately I smashed my finger and the ring got bent. I went in to have it checked out just to be told it'd cost over $2100 to fix it. Nearly the cost of just buying another setting!! The guy working obviously was trying to just get another sale by saying he could only give us $100 for my "damaged ring" towards a new one!!
