I apologize for some of the wait time that customers may experience here. Unfortunately we are only able to do what we can seeing as we usually only have 3 employees to a shift, not because we are understaffed but because that's how this company works. They pay fewer employees to do the job of 10. I'm sure a lot of regulars see most of us quite often and know that we run all over the store. We try to do what we can to get everyone in and out as fast as possible. But customer service is for sure the top priority along with bringing the freshest meat, produce and products that we can. I hope everyone continues to enjoy our little store and make sure to get ready for the remodel over the next year or so! We will be expanding the store and bringing in a bunch of new products! One of the employees was so rude and didn't even have to say anything ,all she did was place her closed sign on the checkout counter then after my mother took her cart to the next lane open she immediately removed it and was open again?! Wow can you say RUDE and HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL š³ , I'd be embarrassed to hire such a younger ignorant female at this place . Such great food and prices but rude service . My husband proceeded to go into the store and found a young woman who worked there with long hair and a box in her hand, he proceeded to asked her about pick up service and she continued to walk as she spoke with him and refused to look up from her job to offer him any decent customer service. I went into the store and confronted her and she did the same thing to me! Then proceeded to tell me that she was too busy to help him..what kind of customer service is this?
