Update: No change in star rating. I went inside today 2/25/22 and it did not seem to be much better. I got the food I ordered but I had to order it at the kiosk instead of a real person. The kiosk printer was out of paper and the shift manager said no one had ever given her a key or shown her how to change the paper, so I had to leave without a receipt. Also they have a note on their Fountain drinks that says "Due to covid restrictions, no refills". I own a restaurant in Alabama, and there is no such restriction. Also I ordered sweet tea and they do not have sweet tea in the dining room. The manager who handed me my cup obviously did not read what I ordered and I had to hand it back to her in order to get my tea. They did not give us what we ordered in the Drive-Thru so we had to turn around and go back to the dining room and ask for them to give us the right order. They gave us the wrong order AGAIN and we have them do it a third time. They also gave us our mocha frappes in small cups, claiming that that was a medium. I do not recommend...
Read moreLiterally waited 10 minutes for someone to answer the drive thru speaker, then the girl taking out order rang up something totally different than what we had asked for, when I pointed it out, she said yeah I know, they'll fix it.... Uhh okay... My sister and I ordered two sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin, with 2 large waters... Got to the window to pay, waited 7 minutes before anybody even opened the window, gave us our waters, which were yellow & then told us that we had to pull up, all while being on their cell phone. Never once even made eye contact. We pulled up, waited 5 minutes, the guy that walked the order out to us was on his cell phone the whole time and never said a word, just shoved the bag at us. Then to top off the already bad experience, the freaking sandwichs had NO egg on it. We paid more money for the egg & didn't even get it. As a manager of a fast food restaurant, I'd be horribly embarrassed if my employees acted in the way that these ones did. I would also be looking for...
