I hate to leave only one star, and also give this bad review to a place that my family and I have enjoyed coming to for years. However recently my family and I went here for dinner. There was 8 of us and although the food and drinks were delicious as usual we were completely disrespected as loyal customers. Our bill came to $115.00 and left a $25 tip. Mistakenly we left another $20 on the table in the shuffle of trying to figure out the bill and tip. We never intended on leaving the waitress a $45 tip. We called right away the next day and the manager said he wasn’t working and the night time manager would call us back that same night and he would talk to him. He never did. We realize the restaurant business is crazy and busy so we waited a couple days hoping to hear back. A couple days went by and we called yet again and spoke to the night time manager whom at first acted like he never heard of this issue. He became very rude over the phone and then half way through the conversation changed his story and told us he did know about it but that the waitress wasn’t working and he hadn’t talked to her about it (at this point almost a week had gone by). We knew what table # we sat at, the name of our waitress and the total of our bill. The night time manager said he would talk with the waitress the next day and get back with us. Well guess what, two days have now gone by and nothing from the manager AGAIN! We realize we made the mistake by leaving the extra $20. We would have been fine if when we first called and said they would get back to us right away that they didn’t see the $20 or whatever. It was the lack of respect from both managers to not even call us back when they said THREE times that they would. It’s not about the $20, it’s about treating customers with respect which we were not. We typically come here in big groups, for birthdays, or other special occasions. Unfortunately we won’t be back after this. And for the record my fiancé’s name who called several times about this and left his number every time is Troy if any of the managers care...
Read moreEvery single word you wrote is completely untrue nothing was explained or offered to me about additional toppings stuffings or anything about vegetables or rice or anything and the cost was never even brought up until I got the bill and it said $17. I asked for a bean and cheese burrito that's what she wrote down. If she had a question about what I wanted she should have gone into more detail or had someone else with more experience come to the table. We didn't ask for chips and salsa they were just given to us as they are everyone when you sit down. I had nothing else on my plate but a flour tortilla beans and cheese there was no rice on my plate there's no vegetables on my plate and again I was never offered or asked if I wanted anything else in/on the burrito. I have ordered the exact same thing four or five times before and was only charged $11 which still completely outrageous to me but $17 is insulting considering the food is only mediocre and not even close to being fantastic which is what it would have to be to even justify $11. It is extremely clear you do not care about your customers because no one could even find the time to come to the table and talk with me besides the waitress so how can you even make these claims that I was offered this and offered that WHich I WAS NOT. you make me even more determined to tell everyone not to visit your dump
I really want to give negative stars. I was charged $17 for just a bean burrito. No meal nothing but a flour tortilla, beans n cheese. When questioned for me by our server, the manager and owner would not lower the cost and neither one even came to my table themselves. My husband had a meal with 3 different items and his was only $16. I will NEVER eat there again and will tell everyone I know not too as well. Only reason service gets good stars is because of our waitress and no...
Read moreMy friend and I ate here on cinco de mayo and a waitress was walking around handing out tickets for a raffle they were having to celebrate the holiday. We put our name in the raffle and then paid our bill and went on our way. Neither of us heard anything after, and didn’t think of it again until I got a call on May 26th at 4:51pm saying I won a prize from the raffle and that all I needed to do was come to the restaurant to pick it up. I was so surprised - I never win anything! I told them I’d come by to get it within the next week or so. Today, the same friend and I went back and I figured instead of just picking up the prize we would also eat there for dinner. When we sat down, I pulled out my id and told the waitress about how I got a call that I won a prize. She seemed confused but said she would go talk to the supervisor. When she came back, she asked me if I had the ticket on me. I told her no, I thought the raffle had already probably happened when I got the call (21 days after cinco de mayo) and they told me on the phone all I needed to do was to show my id. She said she would go talk to her supervisor and send him to talk to me. We ordered dinner, ate dinner…nobody ever came to speak to us. I had to rush to go to work and left without my prize. The prize itself isn’t a huge deal, but it just seems a little ridiculous that nobody came to speak to us and that they would expect me to still have the ticket after a month when they told me all I needed to do was to show my id. I’m just a little disappointed in my experience today after eating there plenty of times and showing support of their...
