First time getting pizza here. I do get pizza but once a week and figured I should try the stuffed crust that they have been marketing hard. So before we get to the pizza, let's talk about ordering. The app online was super easy to use. However, my daughter is not a fan of pizza. So she wanted boneless wings. They do offer options for sauce on regular Wings however they do not offer any sauce options for boneless wings. WTF??? (Btw, they tasted like generic frozen nuggets. Nothing special.) Even when I went in to pick my pizza up, I asked, and they said they were not allowed to. I then asked if I could buy the sauce and put it on myself. They refused to sell me any of the wing sauce. They do offer dipping options. But there is nothing to put on the boneless wings directly. On to the pizza, the crust itself was absolutely fantastic. The perfect amount of flavor texture and a little bit of crunchiness. The toppings were great. However, the sauce was definitely lacking. Definitely taste like generic tomato sauce. Definitely nothing special to write home about when it comes to their pizza sauce. The pizza was cooked great, especially because it was stuffed crust, and I ordered extra cheese on the pizza itself. All in all, it's a step above Little Caesars but definitely not one of my favorites. The parking lot is very tight and hard to back up and turn to get out. No eastbound 25-mile road access. Read moreLet me just start by saying that I love pizza. It is my kryptonite. I ordered here using the online order feature for delivery. My order was really simple; it was three pizzas with two toppings each (chicken and jalapeno, mushroom and banana pepper, and spinach and mushroom).
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this Domino's. I received the delivery on time; there was no issue there. The issue was with the mistake made with one of the pizzas and how I was treated by the manager over the phone.
The pizza I ordered with mushroom and banana pepper was incorrect; it was made with pepperoni and banana peppers. I immediately contacted the store and asked to speak to a manager to address the mistake. I asked for a refund on that pizza because no one in my house can eat it due to the pepperoni. According to the manager, he was unable to process a refund for it because the transaction was already processed and completed. That really does not make sense. Anyways, he offered a credit for the one pizza. I asked him if he would be able to offer something better because of the mistake that was made. He told me that he is not going to credit any more than the one pizza that was incorrectly made. I said okay, and then he hung up on me. I called the store back because this is completely insulting and offensive. My call back was completely ignored.
I do not appreciate this terrible customer service and being treated so rudely.

AND I ALSO GOT TO HAVE ALL MY COWORKERS AND SHIFT FOREMAN (ALREADY BACK TO WORK) STOP WORKING AND WATCH AS HE PEELED OUT FROM IN FRONT OF OUR DOCKING BAY DOORS, QUITE OBVIOUSLY MIFFED AT THE LACK OF TIP. WELL, BEING AS I NOW MUST SUSTAIN MYSELF ON THE SMELL OF MY PIZZA, ALONE. THAT IS NOT A TIP-WORTHY EXPERIENCE. ASK BRANDON HOW WE NORMALLY TIP. TELL GRIFFIN TO ASK BRANDON HOW WE NORMALLY TIP.

AND THE HORRIBLE EXECUTION OF DELIVERY ITSELF AND POOR ATTITUDE OF THE DRIVER, WE'RE DONE.
THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER PLACES THAT ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS AND ARE WILLING TO DO WHAT IT TAKES TO ACHIEVE IT.
