If I think an experience is bad, I tend to let it go rather than give a low star review but, even a week later I am disappointed. My favorite Boba tea place shut down, so I was looking for something to replace it. I went here very excited, Because not only did they have Korean corn dogs, but they had some yummy looking dessert and really cool looking tea. When I walked in, there were two guys working there, and I was not greeted at all. I sat and looked at the menu for a little bit because they had some new things that I had no idea what they were and there was no description. The corn dogs have different kinds of batter you can put on them, but again, no description just a picture. The man that took my order did not ask how I was doing, he did not even say hi, or if he could help me with anything. I had to approach him and ask him what these types of breads were, and he gave me a very generic and a bland answer with little to no detail that helped me make my decision worse or better.
I ordered two different kinds of Korean corn dogs, in which when one of them was done, the man who brought it up said the batter was really runny that day so it didn’t look that good but gave it to me anyway. I also ordered a dessert which were the little Waffle balls. When I received those waffle balls, they did not have the chocolate or the whipped cream that were on them in the display picture. I had to approach them and ask them why they didn’t put that on and their reply was the other person must have forgot to, do you want some? Well…yes?
I ordered $40 worth of product and not once did I feel like they were helpful, insightful, and they sure as heck looked like they did not want to be there serving people. I was going to sit down and eat, but I decided to take my food and leave because of how unhappy the atmosphere was. The corn dogs were extremely greasy to the point where it made me stomach sick and I couldn’t eat them.
Moral of the story, is if you want your customers to be happy, and if you don’t know or recognize a customer, ask them if they need help, greet them, smile at them, tell them the information about the products and help guide them to make a decision and make the environment friendly. I have already had several people ask me for new Boba tea choices, and I will never direct them that way because of the experience that I had, it was appalling. At least the boba was good. This place will surely not make it with the lack of care and attitude...
Read moreI stopped in to Moo Moo to check out their menu. I was immediately greeted with awesome and super friendly customer service. Because it was the first time I’ve ever been there I asked the owner what they suggest I try. He suggested the mango bliss smoothie and boy was I in for a treat. If I were to base the drink only on presentation it would be a 10 of out 10, but the taste backs it up. It was one of the best smoothies I have ever had! I will definitely be returning to try other smoothies and bubble teas!
Also, the decorations and setup of the place is really nice! It would be a great place to catch up with friends and have a drink...
Read moreCame here for the first time with my husband yesterday. I absolutely loved it! I got the coconut snow bubble with mango poppers- it was so yummy! I also got a mozzarella & beef Korean corn dog coated with Ramen and that was delicious too! I definitely plan on coming back to try more drinks and hopefully some of their other food items! The portions are very generous too and not too pricey. It's super cute and cozy in there too. The guy working there was very nice too. It would be awesome if they started making merch too (stickers, shirts, cups, etc.) I would totally buy it! Anyway, I had an overall wonderful experience and will definitely...
