Manager failed at their job. (Food was great.) We dined as a family of 6. I only ate half my meal as I can’t eat very much at one sitting. Everyone but me finished their meals. Mine was the only carry out. I really wanted it. Lobster Benedict. It was expensive and great. I remembered my carry out was left on the table just as we exited the parking lot. I quickly turned around and ran in. It had been thrown in the garbage. I understand I left it on the table , but customer respect should give people a moment to return. This was so quick. The manager responded “sorry most people don’t return”. That doesn’t matter, I did return immediately. Would it not be good policy to pause a few minutes and give them a chance…. Then throw it if they don’t return in a couple of minutes. This was expensive and I am now hungry again and want my hard earned food. We travel up to Romeo two to three times a year and make a point to stop at this restaurant. In the least they could have offered a 10 dollar gift card. A certificate for that meal next time I come. Offer a different quick carry out so I have something to eat. Soup to go? A quick sandwich ? The more I think about it, the more disgusted I am with the management customer service and recovery of a problem. The meal was mine and it was thrown away in a matter of minutes. Actually as I walked back in , a neighboring customer said “hey you left your carry out”. So….. that quick. I did not want to escalate the situation, but I think management should have responded better to me and offered up something. They probably cleared the table when I was still in the parking lot with kids. Someone could have attempted action then also. Just be nice. Helpful. Customer service from management poor. My family will not return. ...
Read moreI feel if i had to find this place on my own, i might miss it. It's big enough, and the sign did it credit, but for some reason it didn't stand it to me from the road as much as it should have. Once i got in, it reminded me of a "nice" upscale diner. Not really fancy, but not a bright light, linoleum floor hole in the wall either. The seating was nice, but could for with cloth napkins. The menu is also a bit eclectic. From salmon to Reubens, sandwiches and breakfasts, to Polish cuisine. My mother had been racing about the salmon, but that seemed a bit much for me for lunch. I opted for the fish and chips, my mother for the chicken quesadillas. Both were quite tasty and satisfying. Mine was battered, deep fried cod. Done perfectly. Tender white cod, fully cooked on the inside, and a golden brown, crispy, tasty exterior, with very little sign of oil, which means the vast temperature was correct, and the oil was not old. My fries were also crisp on the outside, and tender white inside. And also very tasty. No extra salt, ketchup, our vinegar was needed to complement. Their iced tea was also very good, and the rate at which the waitresses were refilling our coffee, tea, and water was excellent. The process also were reasonable. My only dislike was that I prefer a creamier coleslaw. They had a vinegar based one. It was good for what it was, but not my preference. On the all, in my brief encounter here, i think they could upgrade a bit, but for the restaurant it is, is give this one s try, if I were you. I was not disappointed...

Service was a 10/10! I cannot thank them enough. Lydia is the owner and she is phenomenal! Tony is the manager and helped us every step of the way along with the other two managers! The staff were incredible always refilling our drinks! Let them know you read this review from Danny and Gjyle because it went great!
Calvin was incredible and did a phenomenal job! He wants you to have the best time and deserves a promotion! Amazing guy!
We danced in the middle and we danced between the head table and the first two tables for line dances!
Is it tight? Kind of, but was it the best wedding we have ever had (2nd marriage at 38 and her’s at 42)? Yes! 100%! best ever!
With it being close, it makes it feel more personal and the service was perfect!
We used their Bluetooth sound system and it worked great! I am considering doing DJ just for this location and may even have a card so ask for it! I want your wedding to be as fun as ours! God bless all of you! My wedding was perfect and extremely elegant! No decorations needed! Did centerpiece flowers and did our own chair covers (willing to let you use ours for a fee and set up!)
Be blessed.
Yours truly, Danny &...
