Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Shelby Charter Township

Horrible customer service!! I was told this evening that the pizza that was made was made incorrectly because I ordered it incorrectly. The so-called manager advised me it was not their fault and it was not their problem. What kind of establishment has people in management like this. I never had a problem with this place I really liked it great food never got my orders wrong always timely. I know it may not mean much to them but they have lost me as a customer. Not only my family but also my extended family will never be visiting this pizza place again. They will always receive bad reviews from me and I will make sure that I tell everybody. Worst jets in the area. Everytime we order there is some sort of an issue. We have had drivers deliver across the street and next door. We ha e had delivery drivers take 30 minutes more than we were told because there we "other deliveries" resulting in us getting cold pizza. Sauces are almost always forgotten. It seems as if this location just doesn't care about their customers. Unfortunately this is the only location within our area so we font have any other options. We have been living here for two year and have had over 20 "credits" to our account due to their mistakes....

Regular customer, usually good pizza & chicken tenders. Too bad & so sad, not so much tonight 😑 ordered thin crust… texture of crust akin to cardboard 😩 tough, hard, chewy & cold 😠 the best way to describe & then the chicken tenders were crunchy outside , rubbery inside & bland as well 🤮 phone person was very nice though😊However, very much disappointed In food 😩 paid $31 for yuk. Called & got a credit for $10…Not impressed & 😞 to say will use the credit for some Pepsi to go & no more Jet’s for us. BTW, of course I tipped the delivery guy, never...
