Just Love Coffee Cafe- Shelby Township — Restaurant in Shelby Charter Township

I really want to love this place, the coffee and food are good and well made, but the staff make you feel awkward, like they dont want to deal with you. I have been stopping in for years since it opened and have seen many employees come and go but this seems to be the vibe no matter who is behind the counter. Training should include customer service skills and company culture education. When i come here I am not greeted, I am not even asked what I would like, staff sets their phones down and walk over to the register and stare at the screen without saying a word to me. Its very a weird experience! Like uhh do I order now? When they bring the food or drink to you they just set it down and walk away. Like I said i enjoy the products and atmosphere here but I find myself avoiding stopping in because I hate going through the awkward counter...

Olsie and Gino are the best and so kind! The drinks they make are so delicious! Choc mocha, the cowboy (not sure if that’s the name but Olsie and Gino will know), matcha, fresh brew -it’s all truly made with love! Can we talk about the treats? So yummy! Wether savory or sweet unique breakfast treats- it’s here to delight! Every Sat we get sausage and egg in a waffle like biscuit w or w out cheese, make it extra crunchy please and they pair w a side of gravy to dip. Avocado on a waffle like toast w feta cheese- sliced tomato and cucumbers on the side- savor it slowly! It’s a Saturday breakfast that will want you to keep going back every week! Do not hesitate, the Space is so relaxing, very clean, and therapeutic as you enjoy. We love you, Olsie and Gino! See you guys next week!...

Even though I'm a regular I just had to leave another review. Stopped in for my favorite cafe mocha (and BTW, Starbucks can't even come close to the quality of Just Love Coffee , best coffee ☕😊) Didn't didn't have time to sit down and enjoy the incredible avocado toast I normally get. Owner recommended the sausage egg and cheese biscuit instead and he never steers me wrong. I needed something on the go that I could just eat with one hand and .... oh my goodness!! Tasty sausage, egg and cheese pressed inside a waffle biscuit. Brilliant! It was so delicious and the perfect quick bite on a Saturday morning when you're off running errands. Highly recommend.
