7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Shelbyville

Now I NEVER EVER do reviews any where, but this really just deserves one. I have never had a problem with 7 brew it’s my favorite place in the world. I always tip and I am always nice because I get how it feels to work a customer service job. However, today I went there to get my usual drink and the service was HORRIBLE. Keep in mind that 7 brews motto is “cultivate kindness”. No one greeted me, just said “what do you want”. I think that’s a little ridiculous. I get up to the front and the girl just walks away and here I am sitting for 10+ mins waiting. Well finally she gave me the drink and it was watered down/nasty. She just handed me the drink and DID NOT SAY A WORD. I also didn’t have time to go back in the line and wait 15+ min. I will keep coming back here because everyone has an off day, but that never warrants you to take it out on someone that did nothing to you. I’m kinda disappointed because I know y’all...

We have stopped at 7 brew here in Shelbyville TN since they have been open a lot with no complaints but today 01/18/2025 we stop by an the girl that took our order was awesome ,we order 1 large French vanilla Cappuccino and just a plain Cappuccino the girl that took our money was extremely nice so when we got our oder we left got down the road an stared drinking it an it both was awful it tasted just like extremely strong coffee nothing like I have had from there before. I always went to southern cup which has always been excellent awesome in every way, but we do like to try others. But this time visiting we just wasted our money, because we thur it away an went back to Southern fare for our coffee for today. The coffee here is really good! I’ll never understand how we have so many coffee shops on this one strip, but Seven Brew definitely stands out for taste and price. They don’t have an indoor seating area—just drive-thru —but the staff is always friendly. The line usually moves quickly, though mornings can be a little slower (probably from people placing large office or school orders).
