I would like to say that I give this review as someone who has spent a lot of money at Firehouse all over the area. We go at least four times a month. The one in Murfreesboro is excellent. The one in Spring Hill is good. The one in Berry Hill is solid. The one in Shelbyville is only a couple of months old, and it's horrible. So many times we've had to have sandwiches remade or have had to take them back. The mistakes run the gamut. We've had them leave off meat and cheese. They consistently mess something up and the sandwiches are usually much smaller than any other location I've been to. I even have started getting double meat on mine because they seem to short me every time if I don't.
I am leaving this review after having used points to get a large, so several purchases went into this sandwich. Had to take both mine and my wife's back inside to get stuff put back on that they left off. I am an adult and am understanding/pleasant about it every time, and this time I specifically asked them to review the sandwich to make sure the add-ons were correct. They told me it was good and so I left. I got home and they'd completely left off both cheeses I asked for. It's disappointing because it's not too much to ask to read the receipt and make sure it's all right. They're not calculating the exit velocity of a Space X rocket here.
Adding to that, this location has no freestyle machine nor does it have common items that others have (hot cherry peppers are at every Firehouse I've been to). They seem not to have any hot sauces either.
The app does not allow you to add reward points at the register and is also inconsistent in the pricing (cookies show individually as 1.87 but when you click one to add it's 3.68 - going off memory on that but that's close enough).
I think I will stop spending money at this Firehouse and would appreciate a call from the manager. It's almost every single time. It doesn't matter if it's busy or not.
The workers are pleasant enough but they seem not to be able to QA their work and it's disappointing. Also, where are the other...
Read moreBeen through the drive thru twice and got the large Italian both times and the first time there were a few cars in front of me but the wait I would say was pretty minimal especially compared to about 90% of the restaurants in town and the 2nd vist I was the only one there so it was pretty fast . I really like how the subs come wrapped and in the little box very convenient and the quality and the flavor was just 2nd to none as far as any subs I have had anywhere around here . The only way I have had better was when I visited New Jersey / Delaware and I must say their sandwiches are a whole different food group , the people there take them very seriously . , but I will say Fire House is definitely giving them a BIG run for their money , and I will most definitely be back may times . Plus it helps that it’s just right up the road from the house...
Read moreCHECK YOUR ORDER! I typically use DoorDash to order at Firehouses Subs. My last two orders have been wrong. Today I decided to order again. After placing my order, paying the fees, and tipping the driver; I called Firehouse to confirm the details of my single sub sandwich (the club). I couldn't believe my order was still wrong upon receiving it. Frustrated, I drove to Firehouse to make them aware of that a mistake had been made. The lady at the counter was polite and made the order for me again. Out of stupidity I left without checking, thinking they surely have it right this time. I returned home to see that the bacon was forgotten. This means they made my sandwich wrong twice in a matter of 30 minutes. If you’re looking for a polite staff that is completely incompetent, Firehouse is the...
