Cagney's Pizza King — Restaurant in Shelbyville

Great food but the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. Cagneys used to be amazing but the waitresses are horrible. The last three times I've been in there, waitresses have been arguing and gossiping about everything. Who has a table, who stole a table, what they will do to the waitress who stole a table, how horrible that person is...all the while cursing up a storm RIGHT IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! How can anyone allow this to happen? Where is management? The worst is the red head with the tattos. She was supposed to be our waitress but she was too busy running to the bar over and over. Finally, the sweetest waitress, Jennifer, came over and apologized no one had helped us. She said she wasn't our waitress but she would get our drinks. Thank goodness! Our supposed waitress kept going to the bar. Jennifer came over again and took our order. She repeated she wasn't our waitress but she would get our order. At that point I told her I WANTED her to be our waitress. Sure enough Miss Redhead shows up and starts talking loudly with another person about how our table was stolen from her. This involve 10 minutes of swearing and griping and insulting poor Jennifer all in front of customers and my 5 year old. Go ahead...ask me how happy I am about this woman swearing in front of my child. By the time Jennifer brought our bill she was in tears. I took out a 10 and handed it to her. I told her I didn't trust that the red head would not steal the tip from her bc it was her table. Jennifer did the work so Jennifer got the tip. What's truly funny is that the red head who swears, insults, gossips and yells is the only one who has been there for at least the last 4 years. Seriously cagneys? No wonder there were only about 5 tables filled on a Saturday night. Jennifer deserves better. The others deserve reprimand and in my opinion, firing bc I've seen it every time...and heard it too. It's funny! The owner has replied to everyone on here about how he will fix the behavior of his employees...yet he doesn't. If I wanted reality TV, I would have ordered Papa Johns and eaten at home. We were in on Friday night August 18. We waited 10 minutes in the bar area and never got waited on. So we thought we would try the dinning room. As we were walking to the dinning room the bar maid yells out, I was going to make it to the back you guys. We just kept walking. It was obvious she was too busy and couldn't handle the patrons in the bar herself. She desperately needed some help. We were the only ones in the dinning room at first. We ordered our food and the waitress never brought my salad. She was an older woman with a flower carved out of her hair on the side of her head. So I finally got her attention and asked for my salad. She brought it and that was the last time we seen her. She stayed at the other end of the dinning room. Another waitress was filling her other tables drinks. But no one came back to fill my husbands. He tried to get the attention of the other waitress but she would just turn her head and act like she never seen him. She was an older lady with her hair pulled back in a ponytail. So I gave him what was left of my drink so he could finish eating. We waited on the recite but no one brought it to us so we walked to the counter to check out. There were six people standing there talking, the phones ringing off the hook behind them and they all act like couldn't hear them. So if you go in there stay away from the grown women that has a flower carved out of her hair on the side of her head. She is the worst waitress I have ever had in my life. We as business owners ourselves, started laughing when we left because we couldn't believe what we had experienced. Hardly no one in the dining room but overflowed with workers standing around using dirty vocabulary. The bar was packed and only one person trying to handle all the customers. I will say this about the owner. We have met him and had conversations with him and I can assure you if he was there this bad service would not...

Every time when I come 2 Indiana Scott.... they fell to get my order right enough is enough so.... Then when I call 2 tell them they want to make me out of liar like really.... I know what I wanted to eat not what they just wanted to deliver me its getting OLD....saying I order something I never did... The REAL TRUTH is cause they FAIL to put my order i place RIGHT BIG FACTS !! Don't blame me 4 your mess up this has happened to many times and enough is enough I'll place my orders 4 now on to people who can take call in orders RIGHT Cause I assure you people they will mess up your order when you call in place a order then blame you 4 their actions.. what gets me when you repeat yourself what you wanted to order and they still cannot place your order right.... we know what we want to eat when placing a order.NOT what they want 2 give US then blame us 4 their mistake. ..wrong so wrong and DON'T even offer us anything after its all paid 4!!!
