Los cholulas Foodtruck — Restaurant in Shelbyville

From out of town - stopped for gas and the kids were hungry, and this was right there. We ordered street tacos, guac, and a quesadilla. My kid said it was one of the best quesadillas he's ever had (and all he ever gets is quesadillas). The guac was delicious and fresh. The asada in the tacos was perfectly cooked and seasoned. And the green salsa was completely mind-blowing!!! So glad...

Got the pork burrito and the meat was mostly fat and grizzle so ended up with a pretty good vegetarian burrito. Ended up throwing away the last 1/3 of the burrito because the tortilla was full of what looked to be grease from the pork. Wanted to try beef tacos but $4 each was kinda pricey they should...
