McDonald's — Restaurant in Shelbyville

Zero stars if I could! Waited over 10 minutes at the 3rd window as they had me pull up to wait on my food. Watched and counted 10 cars behind me get food and drinks and leave. I honked and tried to get their attention and the cars behind me all let them know as well that I was trying to talk to them for them to still ignore me. I pulled up and went inside after 10 minutes and asked what was going on with everyone getting food and drinks but me and them ignoring me over ten minutes and no communication. One guy said we are waiting on eggs, I only needed two eggs and two McGriddles and a coffee. The kitchen lady was arguing and running her mouth, no one cared and all threw their hands up irritated like it’s my problem. The cashier tried to help and the cook still ran her mouth mad, I finally got my food after 15 minutes and then had to ask for my coffee, she made it and handed it to me with her hand soaked with the cream holding the cup like that was acceptable and I asked for napkins and a straw, again with the irritation towards me like how dare I?! Every time I come to this store someone has an attitude or something is wrong with my food. Never again, I will not return. I literally had to go to the other one to get an order fixed bc I was on my way out of town bc this store is full of lazy people, they gave me stale cold fries and old dried up cold chicken nuggets the other day! Unacceptable and ridiculous. This store needs new management and people need to learn how to work and have customer service experience. Pathetic service and my eggs were soaked and not fully cooked and looked like string cheese. Completely unprofessional...

I just went in the drive the new lady Janice I believe her name is she was very very rude I asked her how much would it be for a small fry she had an attitude with me and said she doesn’t know that she doesn’t usually work in the window and I asked her can she find out? So she turned back to the other people working there rolls her eyes and smacking her lips asking them how much is a small fry? They told her $1.50 so I gave her change she said I didn’t give her the right ammount with a bad attitude I was about to give her more money for my fries, I looked at her and told her just to give me my money back, and I will be leaving a review about her on here she says ooookkaaayy?? As I’m driving away with a attitude still, I hate coming here obviously we are inconvenient to ask a question or to want to add something on our order we are the ones giving you guys business get your attitudes right every time I come in here the workers are lazy they mess up my order make my Order wrong, than have attitudes about it!! I call the manager and tell her about this and she doesn’t seem to care she just said sorry with an attitude herself I will be reporting this store to corporate with names. This store doesn’t even deserve one...

This McDonald's was deffinately failing to execute orders within a timely fashion. I ordered from the kiosk, and for some reason, after waiting 30 minutes, I ended up having to show them what I ordered off my phone thru order history off app. They immediately made our order which was cool but then the happy meal was missing it's milk so I had to go back up there to get it . Then to top it off at the end of our meal, we realized they didn't give the boo bucket with happy meal nor did they have any toys to give.. so I don't understand why after so many issues, we were not comped anything on our meal nor were we offered any thing like coupons or free meal voucher for all the mistakes and inconvenience. I literally wasn't able to sit and enjoy my meal with my family because I was having to go stand at counter just to get what I paid for on our order. I would hope y'all would respond to this with something to compensate for all the inconveniences and my time spent trying to delegate our order to your staff just to get what...
