Converted home with walk in walk up ordering window, their food truck is parked in front so easy to spot. Orders taken by a nice young guy, family owned and operated I believe. A big table inside a neat and comfy nook for dining in, and picnic tables out front. Will use those on another trip- we will be back! My husband and I stopped in for the first time and ordered take out, Shanghai lumpiang and dinuguan, comes with soup of the day (arroz caldo) and rice. When we got home, we spotted the bag with a few crab rangoon "complementary crab rangoons to try!" Very, very good rangoons, and nice crispy lumpiang, thanks for adding them! The dinuguan was rich and very tasty, for anyone intimidated by the ingredients, don't be.. it's very approachable and very good. We will be putting this place on regular rotation and look forward to trying more dishes. Glad...

I'm calling it, it's official, P'noy K'bob has the best tasting food in Shelbyville! Well, for me at least! The food is beautifully savory, without being spicy-hot (for those who don't like spicy) and while the flavor profile may be unfamiliar to many people, trust me, you will find it delicious. The portions were generous, IMO, and the service was fantastic--patient with our questions, and recommending without being too opinionated. While there is a table or two, I think the locations is geared primarily for carry-out and delivery. I really can't say enough positive things about it. My only regret is waiting so long to try it! This has to be the best Asian restaurant in Shelbyville. I found out that this restaurant was opened around Thanksgiving of last year. I am so glad that I stopped by to see what this place is all about. They are mainly a takeout restaurant, but there is a table that they do let customers dine at if open. They even have a Pac-man machine that is free/available to play on while you are waiting to pick up your food along with a TV that shows places in the Philippines. I remember seeing their food truck at the Shelby County Fair and ordering Kbobs there. The Kbobs were out of this world....
