Went in on Monday to Oxford location and ordered a steak and cheese on egg bagel and French toast bagel with cream cheese. The steak sandwich had egg on it. A mistake I can understand as i asked for a steak and cheese breakfast sandwhich on an “egg” bagel. There was very little steak. my daughter liked the pancakes. My French toast bagel was delicious and I went back for one today. The bagel I received today was drowned in powdered sugar. I did not specify not to put powdered sugar on my first one (on Monday) nor did I ask for powdered sugar on today’s. Not sure where this abundance of powdered sugar comes from??? I was very disappointed to have to try to wipe it all off to eat the bagel. It’s nice having a bagel shop in town again, very inconvenient that it is currently only accepting cash. I’ll give it another try, hopefully the menu will be more clear regarding the presence or absence of powdered sugar and we can at least pay with cards.

Okay. I grew up in the valley and now live about 20 minutes from the NY line. I've had the best and worst of all bagels. I made the 45 minute trip to give this place a try. DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I ordered a few things so my husband and I could try. The bagels are perfect..crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and the flavors were on point. My bacon egg and cheese had so much bacon on it and the egg was cooked perfectly. The scallion cream cheese on the other bagel was also so yummy. It helps that the staff was super sweet and was offering me a whole bunch of suggestions on things to get because I told them I wanted to try it all. The only issue is now I'll want to drive 45 minutes for one of these bagels. Definitely giving top 10 places to get a bagel vibes. Best of luck guys! You're killing it!

Been a frequent (happy) customer since they opened over a year ago. First off, the ownership and customer service is great. Very friendly and helpful. Always welcomed with a smile and a friendly greeting. Secondly, the bagels are great. They have the perfect balance of being chewy, yet light and not dense like most in the area. Their spreads are tasty as well (try the honey sriracha on a sesame.) Highly recommend the “Hot Pastrami” and “The Lox” from their menu. Both are loaded with high quality pastrami and salmon with the right amount of accompaniments. These guys love what they do and it shows.

This place is excellent. Imo better than AM bagels. Pretty similar to Amiis in Waterbury. A hard on the outside super soft on the outside bagel. Good stuff easy order experience. They get a bit creative with their options, which is nice but the traditional bagels and smear is solid. Rainbow cream cheese might as well be cream cheese danish filling absolutely amazing.

I did not try the sandwiches which looked great just traditional bagels with flavored cream cheese 5 starts without any hesitation. Take the quality of Amiis bagel and cross with am creativity and you have Bagel Bros, dare I say it best in Connecticut.

I will go again. I literally will probably make up an excuse to eat more bagels. Rest in peace my waistline. Great...
