I have to say their service or system for uber or mobile is not great. Everytime I go there for pickup I always have to wait. Its never ready. I understand if it's busy but I still don't get it. Other restaurants too but their uber food pickup is ready. Like example. Misimi or Wild Kangi those are big Asian restaurants in shelton always popular. But for some reason, they always have their food ready. When u make sushi , they are perfectionist to the art and customers always order alot from these places and still get it ready. But this restaurant, it's usually few items and still got to wait Last time I went its already closing time and guests were leaving and still had to wait for it Never ever ever pick up uber food from here after dinner...no hostess. I always go straight to the kitchen or to bar since no hostess around I be standing there and no one attends to u !! I'm not ashamed goin straight to kitchen .maybe that will teach then a lesson to have hostess at front or maybe put a sign at hostess stand "Pleade see bar associate for mobile pickup" AROOGAS in shelton does that!!! They put sign at entrance to tell all mobile orders go straight to bar for pik up and its ready to go!!! Maybe once I get uber order I will wait 19 min before I go in restaurants and I wi explain to customer they are slow. What restaurants don't realize I sometimes have 2 or 3 food delivery and food may get cold in my car while I'm waiting for food in Pier 131 . Then I get bad tip for food too cold. I wish I had someone with me to stay in my car while it's running but Idon't. Im by myself

Read moreI was there the other day and I liked the food it taste really good I do have a few complaints. The kitchen is kind of slow it does take awhile for the food to come out and it's wasn't even that busy . Another complaint is that while a bartender was being so nice to a customer she was restocking a small fridge as she was doing that she would pop her head to make sure that we all were ok . And the bartender was so nice she was telling a couple that the next round was on her. She then was putting the bottles away and the couple said something and the female bartender got up and said something back and she told the guy bartender put their drinks on her tab and she bend down to continue to put the bottles away and that's when an older gentleman with white hair approached the female bartender raised his voice and told her to close the fridge and don't talk. He was being rude and nasty to her and when she tried to explain she was being nice to the couple and wanted to buy their next round he told her I don't care. Close the fridge and tell them or don't talk. The bartender looked upset or embarrassed and she tried to act like nothing happen and walked away. I feel bad for her and these workers if they are not allowed to talk while working. When you walk in it seems like they must be very strict with their workers that's what bother me the staff where great not sure if the guy was the owner or manager but he needs to work on his anger when it comes to the ppl that helps him run...
Read moreI’ve been here in the past and had a great experience. However after today’s experience I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I called to make reservations for Mother’s Day a week in advanced. My family and I get here only to be forgotten after checking in with the hostess and we watch multiple parties get seated ahead of us.
We finally get sat and our waitress is a ghost. People waiting for drinks to be refilled, pretty sure I watched a whole NBA game half before the waitress even came by to check up on us. We also asked about menu items we saw on their website menu and we were told “we are not doing burgers and sandwiches today”. Only to see other tables ordering and receiving those burgers “they weren't doing today”. And when asked about why we couldnt order burgers her explanation was we came during brunch hours, but I specifically made these reservations for after brunch hours.
We order food and as I’m writing this its been almost 1.5 hours since we ordered. Please pray for us. This place is an actual joke.
Side note: Incredible planning on parking with this place. You would be lucky to get a spot outside and not have to literally fight someone parking into it
