Was pretty disappointed this time around. The first time we came the food and service was great. It was earlier in the day and they were not super busy. This time we came as a group and they were really busy they had a ton of groups at the time which helped me understand why they were not at our table at all. My wife and I order each a lomo. They came back to confirm. When the whole group got their food one of our lomo was not anywhere to be seen. After about 5mins they realize they didn't get to us and said it's coming. Took another 15mins before I got my meal. They did nothing other then say sorry. They also where never there to take care of our water cups and get us what we needed. Normally a waitress checks in on the group, they never did. We got chips, but no salsa which didn't make an sense. It wasn't until we asked the second time that we got a tiny cup of salsa for chips that had been eaten already. The Lomo was super salty not sure if it was the one they threw together really quick or what, but it was not very good. Overall take your chances you might have a good time or you might not, but for the prices they charger it's totally not worth it to us. It also took over an hour to...
Read moreOkay I agree with every other review that says this place has the best Latin food in all of Shelton, I’d even go as far as to say the best Latin food that I’ve tried thus far in CT. Amazing amazing food. Love their use of seasoning and fresh garlic on the tostones. How the rib meat falls off the bone, how the beef tips were easy to chew and not tender at all, like the perfect cooking, the fresh corn wrapped empanadas that were so addicting, the freshness of the yucca and the sauces were amazing as well - just all around deliciousness. I am looking forward to returning here and inviting my friends and family to try their delicious food. I also loved how massive the wine glasses were. We had a Josh Cab Sav, beef tips, ribs with yucca, tostones, Brussel sprouts and empanadas, shrimp saltado and chicken saltado. If you’re looking for the best Latin food with an extensive menu, I recommend this place. The restaurant was easy to find and there is plenty of...
Read moreWe were craving some good quality nachos and checked Yelp for recommendations in the area and thought Breeze Cuisine sounded like the place. We were warmly greeted and given drink and food menus. There were so many great sounding menu items. We started off with a classic margarita and a fruity cocktail. Both were generously sized and very good. The nachos al pastor with pineapple, monster cheese, onions, cilantro, avocado tomitillo sauce, red beans and queso fresco with steak was so good! The nachos did not become soggy and all the ingredients tasted fresh and were well proportioned. We devoured it! The elite loco was a blend of great flavors on fresh and slightly charred corn. Yum! Next time we would order 1 each. Service was attentive and responsive. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and the atmosphere was relaxed. There is also a bar and high top seating available in the bar area. On street parking. We very much enjoyed dining here and...
