JC's Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Shelton

I traveled to JC’s bar after seeing that they are dog friendly. My dog lady and I entered the bar and felt welcomed right away. The staff not only were dog friendly but they adored lady and offered her water with ice as well as some cheese. I was very impressed by the atmosphere of the bar as well. The patrons were so friendly and adored my pup. Lady was treated like family. The owner Jimmy and his wife Allie are awesome peeps who adored lady and helped look after her even. There was not one person who didn’t adore my pup. I definitely found my crowd of dog loving friends. I would rather travel here than go to my local bar where I would have leave my pup home. This place is a hole in wall. And you know what they say about those. Hidden Gems.... The food was delicious, customer service was fantastic. Before we can finish our pitcher waitress was back to ask if we needed more or anything else in that matter. We were able to watch the Football game we wanted with the volume up to hear it. (reason for the 5). Only con wish the TVs were bit bigger and more to watch various games at once. Not saying there was not other but were far apart where i had to turn around which a way to quickly catch Red Zone or another game or Yanks game. All in all great place to go with FB crew. FYI not open Mondays currently. so MNF is no go. Maybe we can convince them...

This is a fantastic place to have a very tasty meal, or enjoy an appetizer with some drinks. There are several booths and tables, and a nice bar where you can also dine. The staff & owner are very friendly, and the kitchen staff are making food worthy of a king! The specials change each week, and everything is delicious.
