McDonald's — Restaurant in Shelton

I just left that McDonald’s and I used to be an employee of the McDonald’s company not necessarily that location, but I have never in my entire life received. Worst customer service in my entire life when waiting for my order it took them almost 20 minutes to make two sandwiches and get two large drinks. When we were waiting. One of the employees proceeded to come up to me and my mother and “ What are you waiting for” With an extremely rude tone. when we told her what we were waiting for, she proceeded to tell us to hold on and give her one second when we didn’t say anything other than we were waiting for our order we received our order, but not our cups when I asked where our drinks were, she looked almost confused as if I didn’t order any cups. it proceeded to take another additional five minutes just for me and my mother to receive our drinks and we ordered the simplest drinks on the menu two fountain sodas. The only person within that kitchen that should receive any type of promotion or good graces from the management team is the heavier set gentleman with curly hair and glasses who was wearing a purple vest running orders out to the lobby. His customer service was very exceptional and he was very happy to help and made it very obvious that he was very happy to help. all in all if you want, McDonald’s, don’t go to the one in Shelton. You can get better customer service and...

I get it, I need to lower my expectations but when McDonald's workers want paid what $20/hour... get it right, do your job well! Have some pride in your job if you want better wages. 😉 Made an order for myself and 2 guys at work for a quick lunch....Ordered 4 McDouble cheese burgers off the value menu and a 6 piece nugget (received in a 4 nugget box)....plus got an extra 4 nuggets in a 6 nugget box. Cool, thanx for the extra nuggets but forgot the honey mustard sauce they charge for. Also ordered a mcchicken meal with added tomato and lemonade to drink....hands me a cup for a fountian drink not a lemonade, wrong. You make the lemonade ma'am, remember? Went as far as to put the custom sticker for the added tomato on the mcchicken but no actual tomato added.

Update, im not adding more details to my review, not going to your link and adding more of my personal info..... other than the elderly lady taking orders can't get things right (several thing) thats all im adding. Gal with the purple/maroon hair fixed the lemonade size from baby size to medium with a smile.

Not sure if the elderly lady can't hear but that's a lot of mess ups and when I leave to go back to work im not coming back to the fast food chain to get things...

Ordered curbside and after 30 mins of waiting and watching them lock the door I decided to go through the drive thru to ask about my order. The male attendant at the speaker found my order sitting there and said pull thru but I asked him to see that it's fresh since it's been 30 mins since I said I arrived and waiting. A female then comes on and said yes it's fresh come thru. When I was handed the 3 milkshakes they were super runny! Not a little melted but straight up garbage. I said why is it like this you said it was fresh. She rudely snatched it back and tossed them angerly in the trashed and remade them. Her assistant handed them to me and I told her sorry you guys are having a bad night and thank you for remaking them. She sighed and said they are understaffed. Well the blonde short female manager is completely rude and and bad example to be leading the youth in customer service. I was polite and calm when asking if my food would be fresh I don't understand why she was angry about having to do her job. Wish I had checked my fries and nuggies before leaving, yep complete cold garbage! She lied again no surprise! Not going back to this one I go to belfair! Time was 10pm Monday June...
