I Drove through the drive through to get breakfast like I do almost every morning for the last two years. Was met by a unkempt young lady with a phone in her back pocket. Was asked for the first time to go wait out front, I said what's the point of drive through? Instead of having a reasonable conversation and demonstrating good customer care skills this person gave me an attitude. Then a guy steps up from the back like there was a problem or something, I said to him this is not okay and he was actually very skilled at defusing and had a good conversation; he acted like he cared; keep him and grow his skills. I said there are no cars behind me can I just sit here and wait and he said absolutely. As I sat there and had already paid, I explained that this is not right and that I come here almost everyday and there is a very kind and nice young lady that usually waits on me, I've even tried to hire her. The young female said we have to fix the food, bla bla bla and so on. The young lady continued with her tude and was making some kind of hand signal gesture I didn't understand as she walked away; having raised 4 kids it reminded me of a smart A teenager attitude. My point is now, that I won't return to spend my approx $1800 dollars a year on breakfast here. Customer experience is everything, it sets the pace for a good or bad relationship and reputation. No voices were raised, no hollering and no real negativity just poor customer care from a person that didn't seem to care. I sat there for a minute and then just left my food driving off to another restaurant as I was in a position to not trust the quality if you know what I mean, people do weird things. Again, I was comfortable with the male rep but the female was definitely lacking in customer service skillset; and lose the phone, its tacky. More training is in order if you want exceptional customer care. As I don't think BK will give a darned about my business, I'm just a drop in the bucket in their millions of customers, I will tell others, family, friends and such; the law of economics sets the pace now and they have lost a customer that cared about at least one of their kinder employees and the place I eat breakfast. Long story short, the customer isn't always right nor is the employee and its not a personal relationship, its a product but they need to understand customer care if they are going to work directly with the public and without the...
Read moreHad us pull around front for one fry 🍟while everything got cold 🥶for over 10 mins! While watching the main manager yell 🤬😟at employee in the lobby about how it wasn't mopped properly. Then walk back to gossip💩🗣🤐about the new employee. And tell a shift manager to go back out to the lobby and grill him some more about what he was missing😡🗣👉👉👉. As they tromped threw this poor guys freshly mopped floor👣. Just because the lobby is closed doesn't mean we can't still hear👂 or see you👀. Timer is beeping 🔊🔊🔊and being ignored. Then finally realize we were still waiting. Dumped salt on the one large fry and threw it in a bag to bring it out and still had to go back thew, because they never gave us our drinks🚱. My husband says you really need to work on your customer service, drive times 🍔🍟🥤⏱and stop treating your employee's like dirt. He says sarcastically "what ever man🙄, I've been manager here for 7 years😡, have a nice life!!!🗣" 🤯😡With all 4 of our kids in the car trying to figure out why he's yelling at their dad for voicing honest criticism😢. Food was cold but fries were hot and oily and salty all over the bag. Truely disappointed.🤦♀️ I worked fast food and had alot of tough days but would never treat customer this way! I understand and give everyone the benefit of the doubt, yes weekend before 4th of July🎆, he probably had a mad rush earlier. But almost at 10 at night trying to get our family a late night meal and put them to bed after a busy day ourselves. But REALLY, take a deep breath🌬 and respond with sincerity or maybe 7 years has been too long as a manager and it's time to move on! I know it's only Burger King but you aren't the king of the world👑🌎! Thanks for listening to my...
Read moreThis location often messes up orders and the customer service is hit and miss. Today my family had a particularly awkward and uncomfortable experience.
A little past 11 am and husband has driven up after breakfast time (which we did not realize). They still had signs out offering the breakfast burrito and 2 for 5 or whatever breakfast croissants. Husband asked for burrito and got a bland "we don't have breakfast" in reply form the lady on the radio.
Another voice came through - with an equally detached tone of voice - saying breakfast stops at 10:30. He then asked what we were getting. Husband asked for a moment to decide. They pestered us twice in short succession asking if they could help us find anything. The tone was somewhat rude, felt like we were inconveniencing them by being customers.
Mind you there were no cars ahead of us, no one behind us. Not at all busy from the outside which makes the next part even weirder.
We ordered and as soon as we were at the window a THIRD person was at the window to tell us to park by the Burger King sign. No explanation as to why. Tone of voice and facial expression on the lady was once again bordering on irritation.
We parked and waited. Food came and it was the same lady and she said "here is your order." Then after a verybawkwsrd pause "and you all enjoy the rest of your day" and she walked away. There was barely a smile there.
The food was not hot. There is bo fathomable reason for us to have had to have waited at the sign. The customer service was horribly lacking. And the food barely warm for the wait.
We decided we are not going to this location anymore. It was the most unwelcome drive through experience I...
