The Baristas are so very friendly here. Although there has been a turnover in staff for various reasons, there are a few that have stayed and for good reason. They're all wonderful at what they do. They make an extra effort to memorize your drinks (if you're a regular) and though they have a points card like many places you can use your number as well to collect points. These girls know some of their customers so well that, like me for instance, they not only know my drink and make it perfectly, but have my number down too.
They take customer service very seriously. Although I don't agree with their companies policy on the employees not being able to wear clothes that reveal tattoos, or have piercings. On hot days I see these girls working their tales off to fill orders for customers that are always at least 2 cars deep on both windows as well as the walk-up being used frequently. They have no air conditioning and it gets very hit, you can see how uncomfortable they are, but they adhere to this discriminatory policy anyway.
I would recommend this place to anyone, the coffee is good and the prices are reasonable, but it's definitely the staff that make it a great place to go. Even as the summer months approach and you know they will be hit covering their tattoos and running from the swarms of bees that love the syrup. You can guarantee no matter what time of the day do noon or midnight, you will be greeted with a smile and spectacular service! They must be good at least a little bit if they are known to run out of coffee now and then. To me I think it is definitely a sign of a successful coffee stand!
Thanks girls for always making my coffee and...
Read moreI work nights and sadly this is the only place thatâs open. I on average get a White chocolate mocha when I do buy coffee and usually most places are $.50 per shot so I ordered a 12 ounce white mocha and was charged nine dollars. I added four shots and they charge a dollar per shot so a mocha that normally would cost 5 or 6 Anywhere else ended up being nine dollars plus tip when I spoke to a supervisor finally about this, she could care less. I stated that they should probably upgrade people to a 16 ounce just like the girl on the phone had told me previously so that you would actually get more for your buck instead she gave me pushback and said thatâs not up to them to upsell? Thatâs every place ! I understand when prices go up, but I have actually bought Mochas from other places Same amount of shots, but they donât charge a dollar per shot. Theyâre not even that strong.. I will never return to this place. The coffee wasnât even that great. I left very unsatisfied and after talking to that so-called supervisor I will not be returning. I wish they had a corporate you could actually speak to. They just donât care. I rarely leave reviews but I had to say something.. thereâs better coffee out...
Read moreThis used to be my favorite coffee place until a very rude and lazy barista started working there. She would rather be on her phone instead of doing her job and it shows from the moment you pull up to the window. She is consistently rude. Yesterday was the final straw for me, I smiled and told her good morning, then corrected myself to say good afternoon. She just said, "ok", with an irritated look on her face. I then ordered an extra thick blended and she told me that they don't do extra thick. I know they do! I have had it from them before many times. She snaps at me asking what else I want and I told her nevermind, we will go somewhere else and buy our drinks. Before pulling away I did tell her she is very rude. All she said was, "ok". I buy 2 to 3 coffees from here daily and tip and leave a good review everytime I pay on the machine, the girl who was "working" the right hand side (facing away from Miakos) around 1pm on may 25th needs to get a job where she doesn't work directly with Customers. I will not go there again if I see her there. I hope the owner sees this and re-trains the girl, she is not good for...
