Fourstar Pizza & Fresh-Baked Subs — Restaurant in Shenango Township

Not too pleased with them after I called in for DELIVERY for 530 and after we were waiting around my husband called after 6 and whoever he spoke to was rude as hell, telling him that I said I wanted carry out when I remembered telling the guy i wanted delivery and even gave him my address for it. So after they got off the phone after she said they have no slip here for any deliveries and that it's been here waiting for us to pick up, they called us again and some other lady who is so nice told my husband that they magically found my slip and whoever I spoke to never forwarded it to them to make it and delivery it. Well when they finally did decided on bringing it to us it wasn't that great. Barely any sauce on what my husband ordered and the pizza was over cooked. I never had any complaints about this place til now. Should of just stuck to who we always go to and never have any problems with. People there need to work on their attitudes when dealing with people. Also that guy I dealt with it sounded like it was a bother that I wanted to pay with credit cause apparently he couldn't handle it and handed the phone to someone else. How pathetic. Well I'm done ordering from here....

We randomly stumbled across this Four Star looking for a place that wasn’t there. We were so excited to find a four star since we no longer had one in our town. The second we walked in we were immediately greeted by the owner, Mike, and he was genuinely welcoming. He accommodated our needs as they are not a sit down pizzeria but he made a small place for us to eat our subs. They were AMAZING. He gave us coupons and also sample slices of pizza. Everything was delicious. He talked to us as if we had known each other for years. Got to know us and was very sincere and great. I don't even want to leave any stars. We called to order a pizza and after it being over an hour and twenty minutes no one arrived so I called to see what the problem was. After that I was told our payment never went through and they called us twice. I had no missed calls and demanded to know who call and was told it was the owner of the store. I can't say how upset I was that the owner of the store lied and they would have to restart our order and we would have to wait even longer. They wouldn't do anything to help out or give a discount.
