7/10/20 I was very displeased Service was horrible and slow the waitress had a slight attitude. She first sat us right next to the restroom mind you this place was dead literally could have sat us anywhere else in her section. so I had asked if we could sit at a table away from the restroom. she was blonde heavier set didn’t get a name but as soon as we sat down she already asked what we wanted. we didn’t even get to look at the menu yet and she didn’t bother to even take our drink orders and came by 3 minutes later and asked if we were ready now still hadn’t asked us for our drink order. On top of that it took forever for our wings to come out and were cold and didn’t have fries. she had said they just dropped some Why does it take another 15 minutes to drop and bring us our fries? When we asked it seemed as she forgot we even had fries to begin it was dead here we were literally the only table until another party came in already halfway through our meal when we did receive the fries and they were warm and about as solid as a rock as if they brought them up and dropped them again. And this was the most disrespectful part of the whole thing is that my father in law ordered lemon pepper dry wings tell me why the hell did he get the whole tray full of nothing but seasoning there was no need there’s no excuse for this made me feel it was personal. something needs to happen with management and Staff because this place absolutely sucked a waste of my family’s time and money we came for a vacation and this place was the only place open around 9:30pm on a Sunday and we were hungry he still ate the wings because We don’t know what the hell goes on in that kitchen. if I could leave a negative star review I would give it -10 stars for the worst experience I’ve ever had here to anyone thinking of coming here Dont waste your time or money.everyone needs to be fired or retrained

Would definitely give zero stars if possible!!! Decided to go here after receiving a gift card for Christmas otherwise would have never gone back. This isn’t the first time This place has been a horrific experience. This time I tried to place an online order which said their system was down so I called them to place the order the lady on the phone was extremely Rude. The price on the online order bag was $10 less than what they were trying to charge me in Restaurant for pick up the manager would not honor the online price I guess it’s the customers fault that your online service is down??? This is by far the absolute worst restaurant and so called “customer service” we’ve EVER experienced. They also got our order wrong. We got there he handed us our food to go when we realized the sodas were the wrong type of sodas that we paid for and when I got home and gave my daughter, her kids meal, which was supposed to be a six piece boneless wing there was only four in the box. If you’re thinking of going here, please be warned. You will get treated awful and not like a paying customer or human being. Also, the food was soggy and stale!!! Ooof NEVER AGAIN!!!!

As a customer that works in the hospitality/restaurant industry, I’m very understanding of changes going on with COVID and requirements. However, don’t advertise curbside pick up all over your lawn, doors, parking spot signs, and website if you’re not even going to follow through. This also is very frustrating as I ordered specifically because you supposedly offered curbside pick up so I didn’t have to go inside or stand near crowds.. I asked the hostess why advertise curbside pick up if it’s not offered or even an option, and she said it’s “company policy”... what kind of company policy is to have a SAFE and healthy option for pick up that’s not even being allowed or implemented!? I said why don’t you take the signs down and she said “company policy”. Additionally, I placed my order over an hour ago and my food was supposed to be ready in 30 mins (aka 30 mins ago). I understand restaurants are back logged, but even I showed up an additional 30 mins past my pick up time and it wasn’t even made yet! I am not one to leave reviews ever but this really upset me as a veryyyy loyal customer and frustrated me that they’re not even following policies. This location even has a number yours supposed to text, and after sitting here for 15 mins with no response I called this number and was told “you need to come inside”.

As a customer that works in the hospitality/restaurant industry, I’m very understanding of changes going on with COVID and requirements. However, don’t advertise curbside pick up all over your lawn, doors, parking spot signs, and website if you’re not even going to follow through. I've never been to B Dubs, heard great things. Wanted to do a belated Father's day, and this is what he wanted - I was excited to try. Now.. I'm pretty generous with service as I worked in it for decades. But I'm seeing at least 5 servers, a manager and a hostess, yall got MAYBE 10 tables. I service an entire restaurant w/ 2 people and manage to shed out "hey guys! How's the day treating ya?" At the VERY least. This is absolutely ridiculous for a "big" business.

We were greeted by no one, Red Flag 1, waited nearly 10 min for /not/ host to ask party size etc. Red Flag 2. He did apologize and explained, "we have a hostess, we just don't know where she is" //Flag So Red We Should've Left// 3

Hostess shows up, "how many?" No pleasantries, got it. Must be a rough day, got it. Seems like a gentle Saturday but who knows.. she walks away, no words. Comes back and guides us to an unwiped table, Red Flag 4, peppered with un-bussed tables Red Flag 5, awkwardly nezzled between two families. No menus. Red Flag 6. No napkins. Red Flag 7. No faith thisN3is going to be good.

Server arrives, flustered, we say all good, no worries. She asks drinks but we have no menu, she hands us two.. (2) menus for 6 people. ???? Huddle up yall! Either that or scan the QR code that doesn't even have the full menu.

I'm done at this point. Only here for my father. I get pretty minimum, side mac and a 6 pc. Trad Mango Hab seems safe. Round it out with the "everything pretz bites". Things start coming out the kitchen - fries, curds and one boneless and tender combo, that asked for dry rub and was given it on the side rather than tossed?? ... So all the easy fry items. (I thought wings were ez fry but.. I digress) and my side mac. In a.. to go.. cup. Smeared w cheese.

Mac tasted great. Hard to mess that up. But 10 min goes by. 15... 20.. previous sides and other meals are already gone or cold.

Food comes out, it's fine. Wings are on the lukewarm/cold side and from experience that means they were left under a lamp for too long. (Or even just out) but they were crispy. Pretzel bites are exactly that and pretty tasty.

First and last visit for me. We only tipped for the server being accommodating and bc it's not her fault management is failing.

Wing stop treats me like dirt and I'd still go there over...

If I could leave -10 stars I would. Your Sheridan location is not only dirty from the tables down to the floor the service is less than sub par. We entered the establishment and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. Both "hostesses" left the hostesses stand to sit in the take out area leaving the front abandoned. When a new guest came in one of the hostesses expressed the bar was open seating which was not told to my group. Once seated the server came over pretty quickly, however, the third person in my group had to wait for their food 10 minutes after my and my husbands food arrived. We finally saw the manager pop out after 30 minutes and I asked to speak with him. I expressed my disappointment with the dirty tables, the fact the hostess said it would be a 20 minute wait then proceeded to go to the take out stand and open the fridge to stick her butt in while the other were on their cell phones, and my friend had to wait almost 10 minutes for their food after me. Luke the so called manager then asked my table to leave. TO LEAVE, I repeat to leave the building because we "insulted him". I have worked in restaurants for over 10 years and have never been asked to leave after giving feedback. Your "manager" Luke confirmed he knew of the poor service his staff was providing and proceeded to not care. He harassed us by standing at the table telling us we were trespassing. Because he FELT INSULTED. We left as asked once the third person in our group had the opportunity to eat their food. Word of advice, own your position and lead with hospitality. Luke is not a manager and should not be, if that is even his real name. Hopefully corporate will care about the service provided because this place is NOT IT!

And please save the generic, non authentic response I see you provide to every review. This just shows how little you care about the feedback of those putting money in...
