Cleanliness: This place has an open kitchen concept that allows you to see their prep processes. The prep area and counter are very clean. Their equipments and appliances are all NSF certified, which are of strict and high standards for public health protection. Tea/Drink quality: the winter melon milk tea with herbal jelly is delicious. I like how it’s not too sweet. They offer two choices of sweeteners: sugar and honey. I would recommend honey since it brings a delicacy to the drink and harmonize the sweet with the flavor of the drink. The herbal jelly is soft and does not have any bitter aftertaste, which is a plus. I also got the passion fruit morning rice with popping bubbles. This is a unique item in their menu that I haven’t found in other boba places. What is special in this drink is that I can find the passion fruit seeds at the bottom of my cup. The drink is refresh and the passion fruit flavor is rich, yet not too sweet, which is exactly what I like. If you like your drink to be very sweet, you can mention that to your “barista” and they will adjust to your sweet level preference. The popping bubbles are soft to the bite and blend very well to this drink flavor. I think the popping bubble is a good topping to go with this specific drink. They use liquid dairy milk rather than milk powder, which is the reason why I don’t see the shaking machine I often see at other boba places. Those with dairy allergy may want to get the non-milk drink. I will try other drinks next time and update my review then. Friendliness: the owner took the time to listen to my preference and explained the ingredients he uses. He takes pride in the high quality of the ingredients and is willing to show his customers the packaging of the ingredients. That to me is a plus for their transparency. Location: they locate in the Target shopping mall. There are bar height tables and chair for “drink-in” customers and biodegradable 4-cup carriers for carry-out customers. Up-beat music and simple...
Read moreI love this place! It has such a variety of flavors. The staff is always kind. They have signature bobas like the Brown Sugar Strawberry Boba that is sweet and super delicious. It's so creamy, and the boba is perfectly chewy. They also have a rewards system in which you can get a free boba after buying a few. You can sign up on their kiosk with your phone number, or you can get one of these cards that they stamp when you purchase. I've been coming here for over a year and have already redeemed two of these cards. :) It's always neat and has a chill atmosphere for hanging out with friends or studying. Sometimes they have board games on the table you can play with. Oh! I don't want to forget they have treats too! Their mango sticky rice is soooo delicious, and it's wonderfully warm. The mango is always sweet. They also have a panda waffle that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They pair it with a honey that adds this natural sweetness. But my favorite has to be the Gold Coin Cake. It's served freshly made with cheese that stretches and what I think is egg? The batter is a little sweet, but it all pairs so, so wonderfully. I crave it all the time. Come down and try it! You won't want boba...
Read moreThe girlfriend and I came in this past weekend ( 11/19 ) and ordered a few drinks. I ordered the passion fruit smoothie and she ordered a macha milk tea, as usual, only this time the macha milk tea was unpalatable. Simply put the girlfriend would not drink it.. so we walked back in and let the girl at the front desk know that it was not good and if we could have something else instead. She was quick to tell us that since we had taken a sip from the drink, there was nothing she could do about it. We were informed that we would have to purchase an entirely new drink instead of switching out the awful drink. We understand that sometimes mix ups are made and most establishments are quick to jump on that exchange for customer retention, but she had no interest in helping us out. After a few mins of this, we simply said “ we can’t drink this “ she nodded and threw it away in front of us.. We urge you to speak to your employees about customer service and customer...
