Customer service was bad. Manager would not be responsible for out of state phone employee taking order wrong. I just wanted a refund for the part of the wrong order.
Automated phone ordering system didn't work. When the live person answered the phone she barely spoke English, didn't know what she was doing, took the order wrong and didn't record special request that was repeated twice. When I arrived at the store they didn't have much of it ready despite me having come 25 minutes after the order was supposed to be done. They had not followed the special request and when requested they would not refund me for the item that was not done to specifications made twice to the woman who took the order. they said the request was not recorded so they wouldn't refund the money for it. They offered to remake the item but I was on a limited time for lunch break and couldn't wait for the item to be remade. I asked a couple more times to have the item refunded since their employee had recorded the request wrong but this manager wouldn't take responsibility for the woman taking the order and would only remake the item. I returned the rest of the order and left the store as the manager was not going to refund the money. I will be disputing the charge should it show up on my card. I have never had this problem before with this store. If they use a out of store employee on the phone o take orders because the automated ordering system doesn't work that employee represents the company so the company should take responsibility for that employee like they do in...

My last 2 experiences with this dominos have been EXCELLENT. Prompt service, a smile and a greeting as soon as I walked in the door, and food that is hot, fresh, and accurate. This entire team needs a round of applause 🙌 👏 👌
This is the last time I will be ordering from Dominos in Sheridan. I was again this evening met with remarkably terrible customer service.
I arrived at the store at 10:56, after getting a notification my order was ready at 10:48. Because of my last experience, i made sure to allow extra time. When i came in, the one employee i see looks at me and then continues making pizzas, not saying a word. I stand and wait in front of the counter for 3-4 minutes while this gentleman continues to not acknowledge my existence. I had to leave the store and drive around the back just to make sure there were other employees somewhere because I was clearly not going to be helped by the person in there. Finally go back inside to get my order and did tell the person who actually decided to talk to me what i experienced. This man absolutely did not care. Not even a sorry. Had nothing to say.
Pizza tastes just fine, however one of them made wrong. Ridiculously long wait time. None of that would be a big deal if there was even an ounce of genuine customer service. Read moreI ordered on line at 5:04, I was following the tracker. Lillian was my delivery person in Sheridan wy. I’m standing at my door waiting at 6:05 it said completed and the driver was on her way back to store. I then called store and complained I got ok we will remake it and send it out. I said ok, so I talked to my husband that just got off a 11 hour shift wanting dinner that I would just go get it. I called the store back and spoke to Emily Ann she was very very polite and said that they would probably take care of my meal for me. I was pleased that it was gonna be taken care of. So I get to restaurant which was across town and my order still wasn’t ready. Then the driver comes in and proceeds to tell manager Dakota that she forgot my order in her car. No kidding I’m standing there complaining. So then Emily Ann says to Dakota we are gonna void her order he says no just take 20 percent off. She was trying but was unsure how to do it so he tells another young gentleman to do it. Long story short it took a hour and a half to get my order. It was 43.00 with delivery but I paid the 38.00 dollars the only thing that was taken off was the delivery fee. Because I picked up my order. I feel I should reimbursed my 38.00 for such a bad experience. I will be calling corporate if I don’t get response. A big shout out to Emily Ann which should be a manager...
