WYO Thai Food Takeout — Restaurant in Sheridan

After hearing so many good endorsements for this place, I've been excited to try it. I friended them on Facebook and even shared their posts with my friends. Today, I finally tried it. My review, in a word, "meh." The woman who helped me was nice and enthusiastic. There was a buzz in line about how good the food would be. You should have seen me, getting more and more excited for my lunch. I ordered the Garlic Stir Fry with Chicken. I ordered it medium-hot. It was as flavorless as anything I've ever eaten. Let me say that again, it was flavorless. There was no heat. The vegetables were fresh, but the chicken surely came out of a pre-cooked, then frozen, food service bag. I could forgive that if it had even a hint of garlic flavor... or any flavor whatsoever. What it did have, was lots and lots of oil. My bowl was 2/3 liquid, and more than half of that was oil.
