Hardee’s — Restaurant in Sheridan

This is my first time in a Hardee’s and oh man I’ve been missing out! I got the ham frisco sandwich which is basically a grilled cheese sandwich with ham, egg, and cheese in it. 🤤 It was insanely yummy too. The place was pretty busy and yet I had my order quite fast. The staff was very friendly to me and the other customers but they also communicated with each other well too and worked fast to bring great quality food. They worked harmoniously together and made the experience feel like you was in a mom n pop shop versus a corporation chain. Kudos to the awesome staff and kudos to Hardee’s! I wish I lived closer but I will be jumping off the bypass from now on when heading to Little Rock to get breakfast here if coming through before noon! Keep up the great work yall!!

Edit: Also, I was able to use Tap pay, they have an app that you can gain reward points through, and they deliver...

Just went thru drive thru, asked for 5.99 hot ham and cheese Star combo. Was told they no longer had it. I looked it up online at that moment and, as can be seen in the photo, the 5.99 star deal is online on the hardees menu listed for their stores. I typed in my zip code and the menu stayed the same, offering the 5.99 combo I'd asked for on the menu. At the window I asked the guy if he was sure they didn't offer it, and showed him the combo on the website for 5.99. He said his GM just told him they didn't offer it and had changed it for something else. I asked if it was just sheridans store that wasnt offering the meal and honorinf the menu, and was told, I dont know. I then asked him what they changed it for, and he said he couldn't recall, but it was a couple days ago.

It's advertised on the national menu on Hardees Website. It doesn't say select...

Just wanted to show appreciation for the staff that just made our day by their exemplary service. I don't know their last names, and I am not affiliated with Hardee's or their employees in any way, but they deserve to be recognized. Thank you to the register girl, Rebecca and the cook Bobby for making our take out memorable. They made us feel like VIP, and the food was Fresh and Delicious. Usually we go thru drive thru and the service is alright but today we chose to go in and we will definitely take the time to go inside from now on. Thanks you Two. By the way, I attempted to go and leave the review on the Hardee's website, but for some reason had issues submitting it, so I hope this review still reaches the appropriate person/s so these folks get the credit I'm attempting to give them....
