Terrible place to work. The general manager Krystal treats everyone like trash besides her few favorites. When I was hired I was told I would given till I was paid to get non slick shoes and sleeves to cover my tattoos, first day of work I had to argue with Krystal just to get to work my first day because I didn’t have the things I was told I would have time to acquire. She constantly throws sly comments your way when you mess up, and make small things into mountains. Then try to brush them off as, just another day. Probably why this place has a huge turn over rate. Read moreI stopped by today to grab a blizzard cake for my great grandmothers 88th birthday, she has never had DQ and my kids wanted her to have a cake (their great great grandmother). For some reason my card would only scan for $8, I told the cashier I was going to grab the kids and get money from home then stop back by to get the cake on the way to her house. Your employee insisted on paying for the rest of our cake. She absolutely did not have to do that but we appreciated it so much. Since this place has been open we have been about 4-5 times. Every. Single. Time. We have to go back because half of our order is missing. Today I was missing 2 burgers from a 2 for 4 order, and two orders of chicken strips from a 2 for 4. Was missing two orders of fries that went with 2 of our meals. This happens every time we go.
