We had planned to order Panda on our way home, we looked forward to having Panda only to be drastically let down. We ordered one bowl grilled teriyaki chicken with white rice and one bowl beef broccoli with chow mein. We got to the window and the young kid asked- was it the orange chicken and chow mein? I said- No, it was beef broccoli with chow mein, and one grilled teriyaki chicken with white rice. I had to repeat this to them and they still got it wrong. We got home to see it was orange chicken and not the beef broccoli. The teriyaki chicken tasted and appeared like it was sitting awhile. Not pleasant. The chow mein definitely tasted like it had sat awhile, was dry and a bit chewy. This was so disappointing on a grand scale. We lost our appetite. Let's just say the food wasn't enjoyed and made its way to the garbage bin. This is the third let down from this location. We definitely will not go back and we definitely do not recommend this location. Also as a side note, they always almost just accept cash and not card. Just to let...
Read moreI hated the service. They were under staffed with only 3 people working. One on the wok, one at the drive through and one inside. We were there an hour waiting for our food. This is why I'm leaving a one star rating. The food on the other hand was great and that deserves a 5 star rating but I couldn't do both.
UPDATE: Jan 20, 2022 Stopped by after work to get a kids meal with drink, 3 plates and 2 orders of veggie spring rolls. Had to wait longer than I wanted to because the were out of chow mein which was okay. So I pulled around and waited. Finally the guy brought me my bag. It was missing a plate so I had to go in and get them to fix my son's plate. Then when I got in the car, I realized that they never gave me my grandson's kid size sweet tea. Oh well! I wasn't about to go back in for that so I left. When I got home and looked in the bags, there was no napkins or silverware and the portions were skimpy this time. Come on people! Really! Considering that I paid almost $45.00 for...
Read moreSpend your money elsewhere. First time at Panda Express in years. My wife and I went for dinner and stood in line. A manager and a teen were behind the counter working on orders and were never once acknowledged. We thought maybe things had changed and went to the cashier to order, who then told us to go stand back in line where we were, and we'd get helped. The manager then tells the young man to help. The cashier forgot to add items to my ticket and scolded me when I paid that I didn't pay for other said items and asked my wife if she wanted sauce, to which she said yes. The cashier just throws the sauce packets to her. The food (orange chicken and crab rangoons) were old and soggy. The egg roll was hard and dry. The only thing going for us was the Coke and the fortune cookies. I'd leave negative stars if I could. Never again...
