Absolute best Taco Bell experience I have ever had. That is saying a lot. I eat Taco Bell ALL THE TIME. Not once has any Taco Bell done what this one did for me today. It's the small things that make a big impact on customer experience.
I went through the Drive-Thru today for lunch and order 4 burritos, and a cup of red sauce with a cup of nacho cheese sauce. They gave me a SPOON (This is the thing I have never had any Taco Bell think to do). At first I was confused, but then realized it was for mixing the two cups of sauce together. That alone was impressive to me, most people don't care, especially underpaid fast food cooks. They even gave me enough room to combine the two sauces, they knew what I was doing :D.
Not only that, each of my items were marked clearly and without any abbreviations. Whoever is working today between 1-3 pm making the food, is absolutely awesome. Thank you if you ever see this!
The customer service overall was perfect. The cashier at the window was polite, kind, and seemed to enjoy their job. Those little details make such a big difference in good vs bad customer service or customer experience. Thank you again!!

Read moreThis location has messed my order up 6 separate times now. Each time I go through the drive through and pull up so the cars behind me can get there food to check my order. I relies my order is wrong and go in to get it corrected. The MOD will then accuse you of lying to your face and yell out to the back where people make the food. Someone yells back I know I made it. So if you want your order wrong and to be accused of being a liar then this is the location for you! Today the same thing happened but this time I desired not to pull off before checking my order. I realized it was wrong and waved the person down at the window. I handed her the bag back and said my order is incorrect and told her my order out loud. She went through the bag and got one more thing and handed me the bag back. I knew immediately she was missing more then that so I request the most obvious missed item and pulled off since I was running late. After I got to my location I realized I was still missing 3 items. Read moreI would not even give this place a 1 if I had a choice. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! There were six of us. Literally the tacos had nothing in them. No meat to speak of at all. When we asked the employees if we could have more meat they wanted to charge us. We did end up paying for the meat that wasn't in the taco to begin with. There was eye rolling, loud music, singing and dancing in the kitchen. When we left the employees came to the front door yelling fu and flipping us the finger. Whoever was working on Thursday night, September 15th needs to be reprimanded or fired for their customer service skills. I hope this isn't routine behavior because this Taco Bell will not stay in business.
