We were a party of five, walked in, sat down and weren’t greeted at all for about 10 minutes- three ppl behind the counter speaking with a single patron. We were finally brought menus by one person then 10 minutes later asked about drinks- she took 3 of our drink orders-water and iced tea- then disappeared for another fifteen minutes. Finally another person came back with those drinks and we informed them that there were still 2 of us who weren’t asked what they wanted to drink. She took their orders and disappeared for another 20 minutes. Came back, dropped those drinks off and we had to tell her we were ready to order. Got 2 entrees ordered and she took off for another 20 minutes! Meanwhile people are coming in, sitting down, promptly ordering, being greeted by the manager/owner, quickly receiving their drinks and food- especially the ones who looked like the manager/owner- they were in and out within 30 minutes! But I digress- The last 3 of us finally had our orders taken and food brought out to us an hour and 15 minutes after arriving! We were the only ones that this happened to, the manager/owner never acknowledged or greeted us, as he did everyone else, and the only ones who had to wait on food for well over an hour. Again, multiple people who came in well over 30 minutes after us were greeted and served within 20 minutes of arriving. Pretty disappointing.

The food was good- We did have to send back a child’s shrimp fried rice because there were hot chilis all in it- nowhere on the menu did it mention that it would be spicy. She did remove that cost from our bill. The eggs in the ramen bowls were way over cooked to the point the yolks were turning grey- those eggs are typically served with very soft/runny yolks, so that was a bit disappointing as well. All in all I definitely would not return for a dine in experience but possibly...

We were excited that a pho place finally opened in Sherman, and drove 30 minutes to this restaurant. We were honestly pretty disappointed..

My husband and I ordered the Shrimp Spring Rolls and the Beef Pho. We noticed the prices were a bit steep, especially for the pho.

The spring rolls had one piece of butterflied shrimp stretched out throughout the spring roll, and mostly filled with carrots and cucumber. They were ok, not bad.

For the pho, we asked if they had brisket as we normally get that in our pho at pretty much any other pho place (they didn't unfortunately 😞). It had beef slices and meatballs. We were hoping the meatballs would be more like beef tendon meatballs, but they were very small and felt like the texture of hot dogs. The broth for the pho tasted like it was a canned broth or beef stock and not a bone broth. I also normally love putting bean sprouts in my soup but we were given a very small amount which felt warm to the touch (should be refrigerated), and werent crunchy/bent easily.

We also felt a bit uncomfortable as the A/C wasn't turned up, and it felt about 80 degrees...eating hot soup in a hot restaurant isn't very fun.

All in all, the total came out to about 45 dollars for 3 spring rolls, 2 small bowls of pho, and 2 sodas. Most likely won't...

We waited for 10 minutes without seeing the waitress. Surprisingly, a boy from a neighboring store had to run over and inform the restaurant staff that customers were waiting. Meanwhile, another customer was ready to pay but couldn’t find anyone available to assist.

The atmosphere was just okay, but the exterior looked uninviting—like a massage salon—with all the windows completely covered, making it impossible to see inside. The food was overpriced and lacked authentic pho flavor. For example, the spring rolls cost $4.99 for three pieces, but they were cut into smaller portions, essentially giving you one roll for the price. They also have different pricing: the menu lists cash prices, but paying with a credit card will cost you more.

Overall, we didn’t enjoy the experience. The food was disappointing, and the service was disorganized. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to look for another restaurant.

Let me know if you'd like further...

Really enjoyed the food and drinks, the staff were very friendly and appreciative of our business. Seating was a little slow and it's a little "basic" inside but we didn't mind as we have been wanting to try Pho Shi Bowl. Food was rad, zero complaints, our beverages were perfect as well. Really nice flavor, portion sizes, and I am excited to go back on a weekend to try some of their specials that they said take a long time to prepare (hence the weekend only) Prices are very reasonable. We had three different pho bowls, fried rice, sushi, samosas, a variety of drinks, and a couple other things. All solid! Thank you again for opening up, it's nice to have quality southeast Asian food a few minutes away. We will be back and we look forward to everything smoothing out with time. 🙂
