Hot N Creamy Donuts — Restaurant in Sherman

Omg worst experience ever. I wanted donuts, the woman gives me donut holes and charged me for them... Fine ok, mistakes happen but when I explain the misunderstanding she gives me the donuts and charges me for them... I tell her I don't want the donuts holes so she takes them back... I'm like well, if I'm paying for them then I want them so she gets a manager to come to refund my money and this girl could not for the life of her understand that she needed to refund me the money for the holes! I finally just said keep the money idc I did not want to spend all morning dealing with this girl that obviously could not handle a common, customer/employee misunderstanding.... I would rather eat McDonald's for breakfast than to ever go...

I came to this establishment and ordered glazed and plain cake donuts! Thee glazed donuts were perfect somehow the plain cake were not! It took several phone calls to even get the Manager. When I finally got the impersonal manager on the phone he was rude , loud, argumentative, talked over me, plus called me a bold faced liar!

All I was simply trying to say is the donuts I received were not so perfect this time, I would like my money back! Then he implied several times that they can’t be imperfect we always cook fresh! He continued to repeat the same thing over and over then hung up in my face! He never introduced who he was, nor did he apologize for being so rude! I won’t be...

The problem with this place is that it's so popular and good it gets crazy crowded in the morning. Has a drive thru and parking is a bit dicey since the lots next to the place don't allow thru driving. Indoor seating kinda awkward. So there's the problems. Pros are huge- decent pricing, good fresh ground coffee, variety I've only seen in the bigger cities, lots of food turnover so everything is fresh, owner and staff have great attitudes, and the place is immaculate even if it is busting at the seams. I don't give 5 stars often, but this place earns it. Get there early (as in 4am-ish) for the fresh gooey amazing, and if you can snag a spot sit in with the coffee to get...
