Italian Affair Pizza — Restaurant in Sherman

They have lousy customer service. They do not listen to what the customer wants, and always have a negative attitude and are rude to their customers reguardless of how long you have been a customer. I have been a avid customer since they were open in Midway Mall and now in their new location however I am no longer going to get my pizza from this establishment. I am tired of being treated like the customer does not matter or have any worth to them. The pizza is reheated and not fresh and sometimes under cooked. The prices are over rated for what they make and is not worth the cost, if I wanted a reheated pizza I would do it myself at home.Special was a pizza with 2 toppings and I wanted cheese for both, they tried to charge $20 on a $12 special.I did not ask for extra cheese just the two that are permitted for the special to be cheese, then worker lied and said they had been at there new location for 11 yrs. I will go to other pizza establishments from now on because a customer should never be treated as if they don't matter and are worthless in which this place does on a regular basis. If you like being treated like garbage and eating reheated food then this is the place for you, but if you want real food I suggest going somewhere else,anywhere...

Gotta say this place used to be good for mall pizza. Now I've got to amend my thought. Just tried to order at 19:32. They close at 20:00. The person who answered the phone informed me that they quit taking orders at seven thirty. So effectively they close at 7:30pm. They don't seem too concerned with selling a pizza. Good luck to you folks. I won't be back, and I suggest everyone who follows me take note. You already close at 8 which is early. Now employees are shortening the hours another half hour. I hope the owner sees this because it really was a good place at one time. Pizza Inn just a few blocks away would be a much better choice for now.

Edit: I wish the owner cared about this place. It used to be good. Tonight, phone of the hook from 7:15 to 7:28. After 2 minutes of ringing, they answered and said "we had to quit taking orders tonight. We just got too busy.". So, owner, you could make more money by getting rid of this crew and hiring people who want to work. Anyone considering coming here, not worth your time or money until this service issue...

Food is great so the review is not related to that. We had family in from OKC and we wanted to order a bunch of pizza rolls and a few slices of pizza. Lady said they only had 4 so we asked if they could make some more and she rudely responded that it would take an hour and a half to two hours. We told her we would call back so we could check with the family. Call back in to place the order and she again rudely states they are probably not going to have time to make them but can’t turn around and ask the guy at the oven because he’s super slammed. And again that’s ok because we understand people get busy but if you can’t look over your shoulder and ask a question or just don’t want the business of over $100 order let us know. They close at 9 and this call was made about 5:30 so it wasn’t like we called right before closing time.
