McDonald's — Restaurant in Sherwood

This morning we stopped by there to get some breakfast before we headed to Heber for the family reunion. We get in there and the cashier was treating other customers pretty well. We get up there and her whole tone changed. She started 'multitasking' and then the manager set food down to be sent outside. So this cashier stops in the middle of our order to take the food out and tells her manager to finish our order. Well the manager after 2 minutes finally comes up and asks rudely if we finished our order and I said no that we barely got it started. So she huffed and told me to finish the order. Ordering took about 15 minutes to do. Then we waited 10 minutes for our food. I took my god daughter to the bathroom and when we were coming back to the table the manager was being an a** to her employee. We left after that. I was not trying to tote a 2 year old around town just to eat. They forgot one of our cups and I went up and asked nicely about it. The manager yanked one out and didn't even turn my way to hand it to me. I said thank you and she ignored me. Worst customer service experience ever. I have worked custoner service my whole working life and you just don't treat...

It’s a hit or miss with this location. Usually things go quickly, and your order is fairly hot, mostly correct. But here the past 2 weeks, I’ve… -ordered a 6 piece nugget happy meal that was missing the nuggets -was yelled at that I “NEED TO GIVE ME $2.75!!” “YOU CANT JUST GET FREE WHIP CREAM!” “THE APP ISN’T COMMUNICATING SO YOUR DRINK ISN’T FREE SO PAY ME NOW!” (I’m not even exaggerating here, the girl yelled at me like I was trying to get over on her but turned out the app was working fine, my drink was actually discounted, and i had actually already paid with said app so all that attitude wasn’t even called for) -was given a coke with espresso in it and had to argue with the person that I asked for it on the side, and that I couldn’t drink a coke with espresso in it, and that I wouldn’t pay for a new drink, since common sense was sparse that day I couldn’t help but ask if they even knew what espresso was… and did they stop to ask if they were really supposed to add it to a soda…...

Don’t go here if you put in a curbside order bc they will refuse to bring it to you and then make you go inside to get it because “you have to go inside for all mobile orders” apparently. According to the employee working curbside orders on today 4/22/24 at 11:45 am and their said manager. But will continue to serve people their curbside orders but myself. This has never happened to me before at this location. I’ve always pulled up and parked and put my number in and someone would come out with food, even checked my app because I thought I was crazy and accidentally put it for inside but nope. Why else would it have me put a number in the app if I didn’t choose curbside. I only got 5 minutes to eat my food during my 30 minute lunch because of this. Thank you mcdonalds for wasting my time...
