Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sherwood

I was a former employee. I had caught a cold and could barely stand and i was told that id need a doctors note for ONE day of rest. While an employee who was a "no call no show" the day before, wasnt required to bring a note and is still employed. So i went into work, a coworker sees im not doing well and asks if im alright. I told him the same thing as stated above, and the managers jumped down my back. First they ask if ive ever worked anywhere that required a doctors note, i replied "No, not for a simple cold. To be honest its kind of pointless to go to the doctor to be told something someone already knows, eapecially when one would have to come out pf pocket dor the medical bill." I guess this didnt sit well with them because they immidiately and consistantly told me to leave, over and over and over. I tried my best to just keep quiet and continue making orders and that did nothing but make things worse woth them. They clocked me out ON THEIR OWN and after that happened, i spoke my mind to them, gave them their hat n shirt, and left. I dont have health insurance and im sure as heck not trying to rack up a few hundred dollars that i dont have, to go to a doctor for a piece of paper that will let me come back to work at a simple pizza place. It wasnt even busy and those managers spent more than half the shift sitting around on their phones. Theyre very disgracegul and disrespectful assistant managers. I wouldnt recommend EVER going to this pizza hut. Especially if they make their employees work around food while theyre sicker than a dog, thats disgusting...

I made a review about a year ago but coming back to change it seeing how the store has changed. The GM before was a nice lady did her best to please customers. The store has went downhill HORRIBLY since she left. They been through 2 different GMs and the current GM voughn is lazy. If I could show the lack of cleaning that store has I would. I left as a employee due to the GM not wanting to clean his store. He smokes cigarettes inside the store there was mold growing on the walls but when he caught wind that I was calling the health department on the store he quickly got parts of his store cleaned before they came in and closed him down. I don't recommend eating at the store. .like I said I left bc he didn't clean and wouldn't have employees clean his store. I'm not the only one who left due to this issue. So if you experience late order it's probably because he is down to 2 drivers. As a manager I tried enforcement to clean the store but seeing how he wouldn't stand behind me the store never go cleaned accordingly. No I'm not making this review because I'm mad but I am because the public who eat there should know. He was serving dough that was thawed and refrozen because the freezer was bad for about a month in a half and was worried about his food cost instead of caring for his customers. I threw several different boxes of dough in the trash and had to contact another store for fresh dough. Hand tossed pan dough and stuffed crust. So if people get sick or got sick this is probably why. I apologize to all customers...

I’ve been going to this Pizza Hut for years and it’s just went downhill recently. My mother-in-law ordered 2 months ago and we were told 30 minutes for the pizza and it took over an hour. We ordered from there about 3 weeks ago and my husband went picked our order up. When he got home we were missing our wings. I called and asked about them and the girl told me their fryer was down. However, instead of taking them off when my husband paid and picked up the food, I had yo call wait to talk to someone and then what for it to credit back to my account 😡 It gets so much worse. Last night we ordered online and it told us 45-60 minutes for delivery. It took us over 2 hours to get our food. And when we did, it wasn’t our food. When I called I was told that my order was still sitting there in the window and now old. That they’re short on drivers and their MANAGER grabbed the wrong order. The order that was delivered to us came in like 30 minutes after mine. You have a manager that can’t even pull a correct order? The girl said she would just cancel our order and we could keep or throw out the order that was delivered. We threw it out once we picked up a slice of it and found hair on the pizza....
