Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Sherwood

3-4-21 Today our visit the Sonic location on Highway 107 and Sherwood Arkansas. I ordered two junior burgers and a large water with lemon. After receiving my order I proceeded down the highway open the bag to start to eat my sandwiches and find my jr. Burgers covered in too much mayonnaise onion lots of nasty lettuce and a tomato. Since when do junior Burgers not come with only mustard ketchup and pickle? I did not order a deluxe burger. Please double check your orders to ensure that your customers are receiving what they ordered. The sandwiches that I received today we're simply unedible I ate about 1/4 of one and threw the rest in the trash. The burgers or room temperature at best when served to me. Something better must be done here! This is the reason for the star rating as stated above.

I tried going to the drive-thru today and place an order for a co-worker and myself having two separate orders. We were told that they cannot place separate orders in the drive thru due to their computer system. Why in 2018 can you not place to separate orders when paying by two different means? This to me as bad business as we left without purchasing anything and proceeded to...

This place has gone downhill over the past couple of years imo, and I keep going back hoping it will get better, but after my experience tonight, I can’t see myself ever going back again. I tried to order the new grilled cheese double burger and the young lady who took my order said, “ok, so that will we a quarter pound double cheeseburger..” and I said, “no, I would like the grilled cheese double burger..” and she said, “ok, so the quarter pound double cheeseburger..” so I said, “no.. I’m trying to order the new GRILLED CHEESE DOUBLE BURGER.. it’s made with Texas toast…” and she goes, “yeah, that’s called a quarter pound double cheeseburger..” so I was like, “oh… ok…” I pull around thinking maybe they have it in their system as such, because I practically spelled it out for her and she insisted I was wrong.. I get my order, and of course it’s not what I ordered.. I was given the Sonic double cheeseburger and not the new burger I asked for.. this is the last straw for me.. I wouldn’t go back for all the free food from here even if I was starving at...

Me and my partner went tonight 1/4/26 and put in our online order at 7:30. We get there and we pull up to the stall and put in our stall number and wait for our stuff as normal, we got our drinks, to which we were asked if we needed any sauce before we got our food and then sat there for about 10 mins before going through the drive through at 7:50. We stop at the window and then wait and extra 3 mins before someone noticed that we were in they’re drive through and then finally someone came to the window to ask us what we needed which was the rest of our order, to which he asked us the name on the order and we gave it, then a lady came up to ask what we had with our receipt in hand just in case they wanted to see it and she shuts the door and turns her back before another girl gives us the order.
