U.S. Pizza Co. Sherwood — Restaurant in Sherwood

Absolutely horrible experience, We've never been here before first experience and it was absolutely absurd. My girlfriend and I are both in the restaurant industry and understand a crazy busy night at a restaurant. I used to be a server, and my girlfriend is a kitchen supervisor... The hostesses were very quick and we were sat, about 10 minutes waiting around the manager (a Caucasian woman) came and took our drink order and then Robert proceeded to come get our food order which was cheese bread, two orders of 12 piece wings to go... The largest size meize pizza, a Supreme salad, two kids combos, and a big blue Margarita. As we were waiting for our drinks it has now been 20 minutes and we have NOT received anything my waters, my kids sprites, or silverware. What infuriated me was the manager( the same woman) who walked passed us multiple times and didn't ask could she help, Robert who was running around like a chicken with his head cut off was totally overwhelmed, and that the two tables who were seated after us NOT ONLY HAD THEIR WATERS BUT HAD THEIR ALCOHOLIC DRINKS. The manager walked passed us and asked the table who had food and drinks on their table was everything okay and could she get them anything (she refilled the gentleman's alcoholic drink) .. and then there is the table of four who still doesn't have anything at all now 25 minutes( I started to time this fiasco). So now my significant other and I decided that we clearly can't get good service here. As my hungry family went to the car I stopped at the host stand and asked to speak to the manager who was conviently dropping off drinks at the table who was seated after mine and as she walked up to the host stand she looked at the empty table and then looked at me realizing what was going on... I wanted to let her know I was unhappy with the service and I thought it was unprofessional... and the whole time she looked at me like a deer in a headlights, she didn't ask to compensate or make anything better and we didn't come to have any hand outs or anything free we had ordered over 100 dollars worth of food hoping to bring some home and Im a great tipper but we just wanted to be treated and be served LIKE EVERYON ELSE WAS IN THE RESTAURANT... the people who came in before us and after us. We sat at the middle table in the middle of the restaurant you couldn't...

I never leave a negative review after one bad experience, but after back to back issues with the drive-thru, I have to.

The first time I came to the newly revamped location, I ordered a sandwich, a salad, and an order of stuffy sticks. I got home and realized that I didn't get the sandwich. I called to let them know, and they said the next time I come, I can have a free sandwich. I would hope so, but that's all I get for the inconvenience? I wasn't expecting a lifetime of free sandwiches, but I would also think they would give me something to entice me to come back.

I ordered two sandwiches and stuffy sticks with house dressing today. One sandwich was comped as expected with no issue. When I get home, I realize that they didn't give me the house dressing with the stuffy sticks. So frustrating. The stuffy sticks are good, but they go from good to amazing with the house dressing. My wife wanted me to call and tell them that they didn't give us the house dressing, but what will they do, give me an extra order on the house (pun) if I go back? Lucky me.

The food that we have gotten both times since the renovation has been good. My issue is just with the lack of organization with the drive-thru.

I probably won't go back through the drive-thru at least until I forget about these experiences, and the food isn't good enough to make me want to...

Arrived at 12:17 to a medium crowd. there were plenty of open tables and it wasnt slammed. was seated promptly. host said the waiter would be with us shortly. it took the waiter 10 minutes to get our drink order. he brought the drinks and said he'd be back with us in a moment to get our order. 10 minutes later he came back to get our food order. at this point its 12:37 and we JUST ordered. ordered 2 pizzas, a salad, and a kids spaghetti. waited 40 mins for the food to arrive. entree salad arrived 10 mins prior to the pizza and spaghetti. when the food arrived, it looked like it had been sitting for quite a few minutes. upon tasting both pizzas, they were cold and bland. no flavor or spices. waited did offer refills during the time we ordered food and once more when food arrived. after the food was delivered, he did not visit the table again NOT EVEN TO DROP OFF THE CHECK. I had to go ask the bartender to find me someone who could cash me out as we had been eating for 20 minutes and still no check.
