Horrible experience. My 4 yr old son requested chicken nuggets for his birthday dinner. Normally, we try not to feed our kids fast food. My husband called me on the way home from work and explained that our son was shorted 2 nuggets. I went back to this location, purchased something for myself, and asked to speak to a manager. The shift lead came back and said she would "replace" my meal. (Had she succesfully replaced my meal there would be no further action and no need to write this review) However, once my son opened the second box of "chicken" nuggets, what he actually recieved was a box filled entirely with ranch dressing. The DM who i would contact 24 hrs later tried to tell me this was an honest mistake and there was no need to reppremend his associates. I returned that night with the box of ranch dressing and showed it to the store manager. I asked him if this was a joke and opened the box to show him its contents. Clearly and with all justification I was very unhappy. I asked the manager for his name and the name of the employee in charge of his food line. (Side note: none of the employees including the manager himself was wearing a name tag which would have prevented me from having to make this request) The manager refused. I also asked for a customer service number. He handed me an empty cup with the number and did not offer up an appology or any additional solution. His drive up employee intervened trying to convince me that i recieved a box full of ranch by accident. As I told her that my guess was this was no accident she than laughed at me and mocked me by repeating my own words. I took the cup, told the store manager i was calling customer sevice and left. As I was leaving the manager said oh By the way my DM will be here from nine to five. I turned my back to walk out and was followed by waves of laughter and insult from the amused crew. I called the DM the next day. He defended his employees actions and told me that I was being confrontational on the footage. This he gathered from a video tape with no audio but insisted that his employees did all they could. He also said his manager offered to refund my money, which was NEVER mentioned during my encounter. And magically, he sees no mocking from his employees again with no audio. Oh, but it doesnt stop there. He also questioned my own work ethic which had no place in our conversation and had no context or relation to the topic at hand. This is no way to treat a customer who requested a service they did not deliver and who was insulted in the process. Its a shame that because these people will not be held accountable that this will most likely happen to more people...
Read moreIt took the front register person, whose name I found to be Raquel, 12 times of me repeating my order to her to get it right in the system. Then she got mad at me when I asked her to repeat my order back to me. She repeated it inaccurately so I told her to correct it. She said she did then when I received my order it was still wrong. I was not rude to the employee I just told her my child would not eat what was put on her burger and it needed remade please. The manger, Shelly, then came over snatched it from me and rolled her eyes. Then I go back to my table while waiting on it to be remade and check my burger and there was a hair on it. I took the burger straight to the counter and the manager brushed the hair off and told me that there was no hair on it and that I was lying. She proceeded to have a very rude attitude with me and never even apologized for her rude actions. None of the employees were wearing proper hair nets or hats. The manager even attempted to give me the same burger back. Overall they did nothing to fix the fact that they messed up my order, then I had hair in my food, and they told me I was lying. I'm highly dissatisfied and will never spend another dime on this store. And also when I brought it to the managers attention that their trashcan in their bathroom was so full that there was trash all over the floor she said okay fine then told her employees while I was standing right there at the counter that the bathrooms weren't her problem and I needed to get over myself. If i could give this less than one star I would. I am highly upset at the experience I had tonight and I will not be returning to...
Read moreThe store owners better take these reviews and warnings seriously because this McDonalds is the very worst one around, the drive thru waiting times are horrible, you have to wait a good 10 minutes or so to even get someone to ask you your order, then you have to wait 20 or more minutes to get to the pay window with a very rude employee taking your money then 15 more minutes to get to the food ordered window with another rude employee just sticks the food greasy bag of turned over sloppy packaged food with dumped cold brown fries upside down, sloppy sandwiches in crumbled wrappers...everyones long hair bobbing everywhere, super long painted unsanitary fingernails and orders are wrong 85%of the time and no thank you or nothing from the most rude employees around..I used to be a manager at McDonalds and we were never allowed to be rude, have hair past our shoulders, we never got to wear polished nails, or never alone have fake nails put on...the food had to be served hot, the drinks were cold and we addressed folks in drive thru properly..What has happened in society that people are so cold hearted and rude and became so disrespectful and so lazy towards others..McDonalds is no longer a fast food good cheap place to take a family to eat..This place is a disgrace to the McDonalds franchise and making a bad name for theirselves..just go back and look at how many bad reviews it has..I'd be ashamed to say I was the store manager or owner of this place.. SHAME ON YOU..for not caring on how your customers are calling this place out...you need to fire everyone and TRAIN new staff to take care and treat customers...
