Crazy Bowls & Wraps — Restaurant in Shiloh

My wife & I moved her recently back Oct 2019 & were glad to discover there was a CBW location near us in the Dierbergs/ Greenmount shopping center. I've had CBW many times in STL where I previously lived & still work, but my never has had it so I told get your in for a treat, but much to my surprise it was anything else but a treat & we will not be going back. Started out we called to place our order & the girl taking the order was severely distracted with something or someone else and I had to keep saying are you there & kept repeating my order over & over to her. I even asked did she want me to call back & she said no, then we asked for curbside pickup & she said that would be fine. 20 mins later we arrive park in parking lot in front of store & called to let them know we had arrived & the girl brings our food out & knew what vehicle we were in as we parked in the handicapped spot right in front if their store & the girl just stood there with the food bag & never brought it to us so we called them again & said we are here & need our food so we could go home & eat and enjoy it & they said ok & we hung up. Then the girl outside with the food bag of our food calls my cell & said sir we are w8ing in you to pull up to the curb so we can give u your food. I advised there store is on a corner & to pull up in front of the store by the curb kind of partially impedes people trying to make a right turn at that corner so we parked about 15 ft further but in front of the store & she gets attitude toward me & says if you want your food u will need to be true curbside, so we leave the parking spot drive to actual corner curb & she rudely gives us the food bag, we drive off & my wife looks in the bag & we had wraps in there but no chips whatsoever & no straws for our drinks, so we pull back around pulling back to actual up on the corner curb even though it makes you partially block traffic & people are giving us dirty looks as were parked there & we call them & said you forgot all of our chips & no straws & with tude the girl says I'll be right out & make sure your at the curb & we said we are sitting darn near up on the curb blocking traffic, but were on the curb. Finally five mins later she comes out gives us another bag with two straws & says sorry bout that....... We drive to back of Dierbergs parking lot to eat as we were really hungry at that point & I'm diabetic & had to eat, so we ate it & have to say overall it tasted good, but was really dry as if they forgot to put any sauce on it or if they did very did so sparingly & the wraps were tasty but super dry...... Its probably the last time we will visit that particular...

Here's a fun fact I'm in Crazy Bowls couple times a week two three times at least great atmosphere friendly service all the staff is so friendly they greet you they never wait on nothing so I'm in there today and I see that that the general district manager in there I want to give him a good you know compliment cuz I think they deserve it he just so happens to be on the phone so I'm waiting there for a few minutes waiting and then the lady who's working approaches me and I was like I really wanted to you know give you guys some good compliments cuz I asked her if that was her district manager and she said yes and you know why they go in there to check things out so he's on the phone sees me standing there waiting I waited like 5 minutes I understand he's got to do his job but it was really important that I give a review to him about the employees there that's how I felt so I'm going to leave out the door and I just kind of got a few words into him like I said I understand he was on the phone I'm not here to judge that phone call or anything I just had a few things I got a thumbs up so I just really hope that the employees at this location are recognize that they are very good with customer service very friendly they always make me feel welcome they make you want to come back very good atmosphere the food is great so I just want to put this review out just in case the district manager happens to come along it thank you for your thumbs up and I hope the employees are recognized for their hard work and their good customer service skills and their friendliness...

I was severely disappointed by my experience here. I ordered lunch from here directly through their website because I thought it would be a better experience than going through door dash however once my food was delivered it was COMPLETELY the wrong order and was delivered by someone that wasn’t listed as my driver. the food delivered to me included salmon which I explained I am severely allergic to. i was advised to call the location and the first person i spoke to was rude and wouldn’t listen to what i was saying. they kept telling me to call door dash and didn’t listen when i said i ordered through their website i spoke with a DJ Schnipp who attempted to assist me but wasn’t listening and again tried to have me call door dash who i didn’t order from. He kept over talking me and didn’t listen when i tried to explained my order was supposed to be delivered by Michael not the woman who showed up and he hung up on me.
