Crumbl — Restaurant in Shiloh

So my first cookie was the chocolate chip one and it was warm, soft, chewy with just the cookie crumble in the inside and the right amount of chrispinesss on the outside. I've been here 5x but today was the last straw lol. 3x I've had 2 take that cookie back in because it's wet inside which only tastes dough. Today they gave me a replacement chocolate chip cookie and it still was not done. Plus it was not warm. I was heading back in for my money back but had my daughter with me and she always tries the assorted ones, which they were ok. I just close the door because i simply didn't have no more fight for this place and she was looking sad and was apoligizing for them. It's crazy how I've been fighting for that first taste and it's not there. Wet under baked cookies is what they serve. Maybe the first was a fluke.lol. maybe I'll try a different neighborhood. You guys can not get intimidated by the crowd and not bake the cookies completely. Please...

I despise this location. Customer service is trash! Employees don't greet you when you walk in. They stare at you like you'd better not talk to them. I've heard with my own ears employees talking and making fun of their very own customers. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I've seen door dashers in there picking up orders and watched the employees throw the boxes at them and the boxes go sliding across the counter. That's insane to me because those cookies cost an arm and a leg. Those employees aren't paying for those cookies. Not to mention, what if that delivery driver goes to drop them off and those expensive cookies are messed up in those boxes. Bad bad bad customer service all around. I've even heard customers talking about the workers saying things like "why would the employees be so upset? It's a cookie job. It must be a pretty good job to have." This store is filthy just look at the floors for all the proof on lack of cleaning management takes seriously. Front kiosk are always filthy and full of hair, dirt, you name it. Everyone literally looks miserable when you walk in thats working minus the monotone miserable attempt of a greeting when you initially enter. Makes you wonder why the employees and management always look miserable and like you're the largest bother of their day just by being present. Two times I purchased a cookie with frosting and spent the next day running to the bathroom makes you wonder what type of quality control could possibly be being used when you look around and see literal teenagers running the place.
