I ordered online at noon with a pick up time of 1pm. I tracked my order on line to make sure I was arrived when my order was complete. I work less than 5min for the subway store. Once it said that my order was complete and ready for pick up i went to the store and was there by 105pm. The lady behind the counter asked my name and if it was an online order. I told her my name and told her that my order said it was ready for pickup. She looked at the orders and told me they weren't started yet. I had to wait an additional 20mins for my order and they were out of the chips that i ordered. I hate hearing excuses from people that, were short staffed today. Everyone is short staffed. Don't say your order is ready for pick and then expect me to wait 20min for you to make it. At least they could do is give you a coupon for a free 6in sub on...

The lady (who was a customer) told me they were short staffed and the 2 girls working didn't want any more customers so they locked the doors. As I approached the counter, They were clearly upset that the customer had let me in. They were off on a tangent about how they needed more help and to call he manager to tell them they were leaving earlier so they needed to make up excuses. I was finally helped, and when asked if I wanted my sandwiched toasted her comment was, " Or whatever it does." Read moreI was startled as I walked into my fave subway after it recently reopened due to the covid-19 pandemic. The sandwich artist wasn't wearing a face covering of any kind. Yes, she changed her gloves. Yes, it was posted that only so many patrons were allowed inside at one time. Yes, they had social distancing between the counter and the food. Not happening folks! Some of us do have underlying health conditions Subway & even those who don't are still being put at risk. The CDC has mandated all food servers wear face coverings as has the FDA.
