Wings Over Madison — Restaurant in Madison

Wings were just ok. The sauces were not as distinct of flavors as you get at other wing places. Mango habanaro just tasted like some mildly spicy bland thing. As did all the others. I even ordered extra sauces to try. Nothing stood out as good. Wings were big, meat was tender and juicy, but the cook on the skins was gross. Raw and rubbery. Yuck. It was like 25 wings or all with gross flabby rubbery skin. I peeled some off to just eat the meat but it wasnt a good experience. . I dont know - I see photos here where people food looks way better than what I had. Weird.

Bacon chicken wrap with fries was great. No complaints.

I ordered celery. This was a delivery order. So I ate some of the wrap and wings first. I went to eat the celery, but was grossed out. It wasn't just old/wilty - both ends of every piece in both bags was soft brown and with furry grey mold starting to grow. Who would send that? I'd be not overly upset if they just didnt send the celery. It is only $1 each. But after seeing all the molded ends, I felt weird about eating the rest of my meal. I'm not sure if it was just an error sending molded stuff or if it is the type of kitchen where this is ok.

Because of the celery thing and the wings just being okay at best, I'm not interested in ordering from them again (there are just better options).

I dont like throwing food away. Usually I'll eat my take over left overs all week. But the wings were just too gross. It's a waste of what was budgeted to be enjoyable to eat for the remainder of the week. At least I know I dont want to order...

I ordered two days ago. I had picked up my food to meet up with my boyfriend on the other side of town for lunch. When I got there to meet up with him and we unwrap the food to have lunch we noticed that both orders of ribs were burnt. And by Burnt I mean completely black. Seeing how I was already on the other side of town calling went to done anything and I definitely did not go across town to ask for a remake. I came in today to order to try to give the ribs another chance. Because up until 2 days ago these were the best ribs from any fast food place I've ever had. When I told the girl at the front that I ordered two days ago and I had ordered two full rack of ribs and they were completely burnt she just told me I wasn't the only one. Not going to lie I was very upset because she knew that I had spent about $40 I'm completely burnt food and didn't acknowledge didn't try to make it right and did not even offer anything for this visit. These ribs again or slightly burnt and barely any barbecue sauce on them. I don't know what happened to you guys but you went from one of my favorite food places to one...

They have the best chicken tenders anywhere in Madison! And the customer service is absolutely amazing!

I was so excited to be able to order gluten containing chicken tenders, as my household is recently gluten-free because of a family member. I ordered delivery while I was working a 12 hour shift in the hospital. Their delivery driver took a picture when they delivered it. I wasn’t able to get down there immediately and within two minutes of it being delivered, another delivery driver stole my order. Our security guards at the hospital weren’t able to do anything about it so I called Wings Over Madison to see if they would be able to refund or allow me to re-order…

The manager was SO nice and understanding. No questions asked they remade my order and I was able to pick it up right after work.
