Was really excited to have a new location open up so close to home, but unfortunately the service has deteriorated since opening. The first couple of visits were A+ with no issues whatsoever, but that's no longer the case. I order via the Jersey Mike's app because I work from home so I need to either receive delivery or do in-store pickup for time's sake, and my last three orders have all had problems. I've either had modifications (removal of ingredients) missed or additions not included, and I've even gotten someone else's food entirely. It now feels like unless you're there watching them prepare your order, you can't be confident that it'll be correct.

One guy was having a full-on catch-up session on the phone with his buddy while the line grew. Another hero took 15 minutes to change the sandwich paper like it was brain surgery. And the third? He managed to mess up every single order in the store — impressive in its own way.
