Ordered two coffees, a kids cotton candy milkshake and a strawberry lemonade “smoothie?” All in all, wasn’t thrilled. The only drink that got finished was the kids cotton candy smoothie. Coffee is overpowering and doesn’t taste great. The syrups seem like they are trying to cover something up. Watched the barista put the milk in the pitcher for both drinks- not proper steaming procedure. The drinks weren’t very hot either, drinkable temperature though. The strawberry lemonade blended drink wasn’t great either. It looked like they only had one barista on when they had 3 ordering windows… felt bad for the girl! Service was pretty slow, due to that fact. It was also slow because you order at the window and then the barista starts making them… this process should have been updated by now. We did like the theme of the coffee shop and the unique drink flavors. Price wasn’t bad, but wouldn’t go out of my way to go here. Three...

I am sorry for the poor rating this time but when my wife and I first went there they served pear, apricot, mango smoothie that was seriously good. Then we went back another day to get the same smoothie but they said they were out of the stuff to make it so we settled for a different flavor which wasn’t to bad. We went back today Nov 24th to get a pear, apricot, mango smoothie and was told they weren’t making them anymore because the manager I guess felt it didn’t sell very well. So we settled on just a peach smoothie and as we drove off and got about home my wife mentioned to me the smoothie she had was just like drinking juice that it was watery. I checked mine and sure enough it was like drinking chilled juice. It wasn’t like any smoothie I’ve had. So a very bad experience...

This review is directed at the ownership who cannot grasp the English language. You hand out a punch card that reads “ buy 10 DRINKS and get one free.” How does that turn into 1 punch per visit? If I buy 5 drinks I expect 5 punches! I have 3 different cards in my possession, one of them is absolutely contradicting. Your employees are complaining to you and you don’t get it. They are in the middle, I for one can read, and understand the language. In order to accommodate us, as other coffee shops do direct your employees to give 1 punch per drink. You make a great drink that isn’t cheap, treat us, your customers to a drink after 10 drinks, not visits! Or don’t hand out the card, and see how that plays...
