I worked here for about one month until I was forced to quit. Because nasty little girls like Sariah and Jocelyn were so rude and immature towards me. Managers also are very young people and collectively the staff gossips and outcasts you if they don't like you for your personality, it is a high school toxic environment in there. Sariah is extremely rude to customers gets regular complaints, but management does nothing. I witnessed this while working there. When customers have complaints about things that go on in the store that they are upset about they don't care.And they do nothing I witnessed this also. Glenn told me verbatim, that he doesn't know me as well as he knows the other employees.So he is going to take their side over mine because he knows them for longer and he believes them over me. This is what I was told when I told my manager Glenn the codes of conduct were being violated and I was being forced to work in a hostile environment at that point. He did nothing and then told me that. Other female managers are very young. They talk about you right next to you. They look at you while they're talking about you. And they make it obvious it's a very high school environment. I don't know how ross corporate doesn't know about what goes on...

the store was in good order considering its peak holiday season. prices are great and selection. the experience was ruined by a disinterested cashier. I greeted her with a big smile and how are you this evening and got a cold shoulder. head down and then started a conversation with her coworker unrelated to work. she didnt make eye contact or speak to me. she asked me to put my card in early before she was done ringing it up and before i could see the balance. i did as she asked and it timed out before she was done. i put it in again and there was no balance showing. i had to ask her the balance when i was done I smile and said "thanks for your help and I hope you have a great evening" i got a "yep" in return. I was a side note to her other interests and activities extremely disappointing especially since she was the only one not wearing a name tag. if she is going to cashier she needs to be present with the customers or not cashier. she was wearing all black and had black hair ...

Don’t use your debit card, or credit card there, IT WILL BE STOLEN, or someone with an electronic scanner will steal your card information. I used my credit card there two nights ago for a pair of shorts. I NEVER use that credit card. The very next morning I got a txt saying to call the Fraud Department because some fraudulent activity has been detected. I called and this was minutes after I woke up, and they said a bunch of items had been purchased with my credit card. Now I have to have my card cancelled and another one issued. This is the second time in three months this has happened. The first time was at Maverick Gas station on White Mountain Blvd when I used my debit card to get gas. I didn’t even go inside. I had the same phone call from the Fraud Department telling me my card had been used. There is nothing but corruption and evil up here in TOILET TOWN USA. Use cash only up here, or I promise you, you will regret it. What a pathetic place! I can’t wait to leave this...
