Burger King — Restaurant in Shreveport

Growing up with a dad that owned a burger king as a kid, then my brother working there, I have an expectation of quality. The past few times were less than bad! I get lunch either for me & co workers or for my wife, me & 2 daughters. Either the food comes out wrong, undercooked, cold, staff are awful with their attitudes,etc. Even heard one refer to me as the white mother fu÷c×er!! Being raised in the burger king family & had family work there, I expect more out of this franchise! I hate to complain because I feel it embarresses the people I'm with, but I feel like I shouldn't return to any location until this is addressed & made right! We frequent this business at least 2 times a week if not at least 4 times And spend a pretty penny because it used to remind me of when I was young and the food/service was excellent! This remains the worst BK in US. Poor management, dirty tables, out of ice, soda, unsweetened tea, etc. I can accept some of this during rush, but not at 9:00 to 11:00, 2:00 to 4:00, 7:00 to close. When I worked in fast food, the dining areas had to be checked during non-peak times. The manager is trying to do EVERYTHING HERSELF,! The cashier inside is GUARDING the register, and leaves without checking anything. No team skills from other employees. The one that checks the exterior is on the cellphone or smoking while so much needs to be done. The employees are trying to do the minimum (poor management!). The manager should have staff that can self operate during non peak periods, no she still is trying to demonstrate a good example , and the goes lazy. Burger king can be a convenient option for those working at University Health. I once saw some employees getting a discount from here, but I'm not sure if it's certain staff or on certain days like Wednesday.

A patient walked in with what I thought was a shake. Asked him what it was and he said it was the Frozen lemonade from Burger king.
