Taco Bell — Restaurant in Shreveport

Nobody helped me at cash register, after waiting five min or so I ordered on the diy order screen. After ordering I went bk and forth from table with my kid to register cause I figured I needed to give cashier my cash for order. Nobody ever offered to assist me or asked wth I was even doing. So I go sit with my kid. 30 min later I walk bk to register and finally a dude glanced my direction and I asked him what the deal was, explained I ordered our food a long time ago and we were still waiting. He was like yeah I've noticed u been in here awhile!! So he's gonna check right on that of course. When I finally get the order I asked two times for our frozen drink we ordered for right at $4. On the drink order screen it shows a large frozen beverage being the larger cup, I guess maybe the 32 oz and at that price I paid I expected the large cup but instead I get a small cup and they insisted that was large size but I felt extremely cheated. When I finally get to sit down and eat after a long day in the sun our damn food was cold. My cheese on quesadilla wasn't even melted but I was sick and tired of fooling with them at this store so I took it home and heated it up in microwave. Just not what u expect after spending ur hard earned money thinking you're getting good food and a decent experience. My past few experiences with taco bell have all been pretty bad, they obviously have piss poor...

So this is the first bad review I've done in over a decade and yes I'm writing this after leaving because I am on an ambulance, working. Let's start with the fact that we had to walk to the drive through window because our truck isn't going to fit in the drive through. It's a box ambulance. Then after trying to put in the order for grab and go, couldn't even do that, so drive through it is. Where do I even start? The dragon fruit berry refresca had almost no fruit or anything in it. It's supposed to be made with green tea, and it wasn't. It's straight water. Then, after specifying that I wanted hot sauce, I got mild, and not even enough to put on everything. Now let's start on the food. The tacos are cold. The bean and cheese burrito had the the chicken and sauce for the flatbread, instead of beans cheese and rice. Which probably explains when the chicken flat bread that I ordered had so little in it. Virtually nothing between the bread. It got dumped into the burrito which had nothing of a burrito in it. I haven't even gotten to the stacker yet. Is it going to be screwed as well? Let's find out. Oh yeah. Cant even eat it because it tastes like someone vomited in it. This is the single worst taco bell experience I've ever had. Everything is wrong. Glen Bell would probably roll in his grave if...

There is an angel that works at this location! My son is in the ICU at LSU. I was escorted out by a security guard a little after 1am. I asked him if there was somewhere still open where I could use the restroom and get something to eat. He said Taco Bell is open til 1 or 2am so I went there and pulled into the parking spot near the main door. Sadly the lobby was closed. I started looking online for another place and a lady came outside who worked there. I asked if the restrooms were still open. She said no and that their computers were also down. I told her my son is in the ICU and I just needed to use the restroom. So she let me come inside. I thanked her again for letting me inside as I walked back to my car. She told me about an inexpensive hotel where I could stay and then she asked me what I was going to order. I told her some kind of burrito is what I usually get. She left and came back with not only one chicken rice burrito but two! And a large drink!
