If there were a "Zero Star" rating, I would give them "0" Stars. First of all, it is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. When they do answer the phone, they really are not very knowledgeable or professional about giving the information that you are requesting.

I was not even able to get an appointment to see a doctor at this place. After my Primary Care Physician sent a referral to this place, I called the following day to get information about when I would be able to schedule an appointment to see an Orthopedic doctor. The lady on the phone told me that it would take about 1 week to get my referral entered into the system, and then someone would call me to schedule an appointment. Well, 2 weeks later, I had not received a call from anyone about an appointment at this place. I called to inquire about getting an appointment, and when I spoke to the lady on the phone, she told me, "I don't know who you spoke to a couple of weeks ago, but you ain't getting in no time soon." (she wasn't very professional).

So, I then gave her my information and asked her when I would possibly be able to make an appointment, and she replied, "your information has not even been entered into our system because we have been very busy over here." She also told me, "you will probably have to wait several months to get an appointment."

Well, to make a long story short, I am finding out the hard way about the infamous "MEDICAID" merry-go-round. I called this place back and spoke to someone with a little more knowledge, and they told me that Medicaid is the reason that you have to wait so long to be seen at this place....

This is the most lousiest hospital in the history of hospitals on Kings highway,Shreveport,Louisiana dually because of there racial black workers and a few of it's whitw nurses,on Jan,2,2018 at bout 3am in that next day my son and I came.up by medical transportation out of baton rouge,la,because my son was scheduled to have kidney stone surgery,and I also had issues,my son filled his paerwork,yet besides it's on the coldest day,and my son Patrick filled out his paperwork.to be able to be seen,he was here to register to have surgery accross t the street,at out atieny climnic,for jan1,2018 it never happened,on top of that,the black workers at the emergency room took my son's paprrand threw it away in the trashh,how racial is that,ameerca,then racially humiliated him in ublic in triage check in lace,🍒yet they didn't do that to Mr,then then faylite arrived,no sooner me and mhe y son got out the door of the emergency room exam room,u come a skinny short hair black women cop telling us we have to go now,I don't want u.inyhospital,u need to leave white homeless trash,even to yo threatening my son's life,and5,as well told my son he could not register for surgeru just fior asking for direction to the out...

Every doctor, nurse, and staff member went above and beyond, taking the time to listen, explain, and provide gentle care. We're deeply thankful for their exceptional service and heartfelt compassion.
