If there were a "Zero Star" rating, I would give them "0" Stars. First of all, it is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. When they do answer the phone, they really are not very knowledgeable or professional about giving the information that you are requesting.

After my Primary Care Physician sent a referral to this place, I called the following day to get information about when I would be able to schedule an appointment to see an Orthopedic doctor. The lady on the phone told me that it would take about 1 week to get my referral entered into the system, and then someone would call me to schedule an appointment.
